I appreciate his attention and care, especially since the nurse mentioned he had a meeting scheduled soon after my appointment. His focus truly is compassionate patient care.

We have had major child & now adolescent health issues and he has walked us through the constant changes and difficulties for 7 years. HUGE help across the board including a compassionate spirit. What a blessing. The nurses staff & other doctors are amazing as well! I can’t say enough about this practice.

Akansha K: had a disappointing experience at this office. Despite arriving 10 minutes early for our appointment, the front desk informed us of a “no-show fee” that we had no prior knowledge of. When we expressed our concerns and declined to pay, the staff stated they would check with the doctor about proceeding with the appointment. Ultimately, we were told the doctor chose not to see us, which was frustrating given that we were on time. This experience left me feeling that patient care was not the priority. Clear communication and transparency about policies would have been helpful. I hope they take steps to improve their approach to patient interactions. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go this doctor.

Christina Cheney: Dr Gayten is very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is great. They take bloodwork without having to go to a separate lab. (Have had blood taken twice and it didn’t even hurt). Can’t say enough so happy with this office.

Betty Friar: I was in Cibolo Creek for two weeks in 2021 after knee surgery. My care was great. Back again in 2022 after another knee surgery replacement. Care was good and therapy with Kim and Vanessa was great. Staff was always concerned about my care. In 2024 returned again with my husband who was cared for after leg amputation. His care and therapy was great and he loved playing dominoes, bingo and attending the music presentations that were offered. His nurses were very attentive. We both were very pleased with our care!
