5 /5 Gabriel Reyes: Thank God for Nancy! I was really nervous about getting blood drawn. The whole time she time she made it a peaceful experience, which is really good because I have bad anxiety. She even lightened the mood with harmless joking. I literally didn’t even feel the needle go in. 5stars to Nurse Nancy! May god bless her and the staff they were all so nice and accommodating and patient.

4 /5 Cynthia Calderon: I was transferred here for a emergency apendix removal I was on the 8th floor 12/30/2024 the night nurses were really nice and sweet made sure my pain was well controlled and the MA there were also really nice. The day nurse on the other hand was rude acted like she was the only one doing her job and would frequently forget me then would blame every one else for her actions. Overall my stay was good. I dreaded being there during the day.

Afkar Zaheer: Unjust Accusations and Lack of Professionalism I am deeply disappointed and hurt by my recent experience at postpartum. After delivery, I was falsely accused of smacking my own baby—an accusation that is completely unfounded and untrue. Not only was this claim made without any evidence, but the staff also failed to conduct a proper investigation or listen to my side of the story. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the hospital staff was shocking. Instead of addressing the situation with care and diligence, they immediately jumped to conclusions, causing immense emotional distress. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a healthcare institution that is supposed to prioritize patient well-being and trust. I urge the hospital to review their protocols and ensure that such baseless accusations are not made in the future. No one should have to endure the humiliation and anxiety that comes with being falsely accused, especially in a place where they should feel safe and supported. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone. My trust in their ability to provide compassionate and fair care has been completely shattered. ---

Glen Reid: Kindred Hospital San Antonio Central has an amazing staff of doctors and nurses. The staff members are very friendly and helpful with assisting me in every way possible. With one on one guidance by my patient advocate Pamela, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my important questions and concerns. If you need any rehabilitation assistance the personal training services are excellent. Kindred hospital also has a gym with multiple equipment that are available for patients that need rehabilitation. Not to mention a dedicated personal trainer that will coach you through the rehabilitation process. My experience at Kindred Hospital was excellent!! Kindred Hospital is located on the 4th Floor, Building C @ 111 Dallas Street.

Will Yumwall ace: 1/23/2025 why are American and Texas flag at half mast? Why is there nowhere near enough parking and the wait time is ridiculously long. Ive been hereany times. Even something as simple as a follow up. Ive been waiting for an hour and a 1/2 and still havent been seen. Ive been told 3 over the last 45 min. They should be calling me back soon. These place is like the waiting area in Beetlejuice where the number is 117,678,009,659, to be called.

catherine morales: Worst experience, shame on the nurse stations on 4th Telemetry. Rude and lack of communication with patient and family members! Do better and clean house! How can it be ok to have people sit on the floor bc youre too lazy to find a chair! How can you not know where the patient is after surgery?? Why add stress to families that are already worried? Where is your empathy? This location is a nightmare!!!!! If you can avoid this place, go to a different hospital!

ashley marie: 0 STARS! My mom sees Dr. Reddy and she had to wear a heart monitor to track her heart palpitations. Next step was to mail in the heart monitor for the results and the clinic says they "lost the results" this was told when she came into the appt for the heart monitor results 1.they didnt even know what she was coming in for and 2.they make my mom come in for no reason. Please prep your charts the day before to see why patients are coming in and do not waste peoples time ! This clinic is UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. This is a HEART DOCTOR. Nothing is even done about my mom’s heart palpitations. They keep increasing her Blood pressure meds for no reason. of course her BP will be HIGH that day yall lost her RESULTS and wasted HER TIME.

Sara McCumba: I had a great experience! Daniel was very helpful. He did a great job starting my IV for contrast administration. I have small veins so sometimes the nurses have trouble finding my veins but he was able to get it on the first try! I was very happy. He explained everything that was going to be done and took great care of me!

Santa Rosa Hospital - San Antonio

Nisa Nunes: Went to the emergency room and the restrooms were so dirty. Idk how they allow children to use these restrooms. I also don’t see why they don’t have a diaper genie or something to contain the smell of the diapers if they are not going to take out the trash frequently. I told the staff at the desk about the restroom and saw 3 lady’s in purple wheeling trash bin around. Yet they didn’t go to the restroom to attend to it. There is no sense of urgency from what I seen. It’s sad that they are fully pact with sick kids waiting for an hr or so just to be seen. I feel bad for the kids/baby’s having to wait so long all while feeling sick. As the parents are trying to comfort them in a strange environment. I would expect more from a place that is specifically for children.

STAR Vascular Access Center - San Antonio

T. Darnice Houston: My mother was seen there this past week. I learned this weekend that she was dropped on a gurney by three staff members as they were transferring here between gurneys. I also learned from my mother, who by the way is 73-freaking years old, that these three staff members laughed and joked about not being able to move her AND dropping here. Needless to say, once I make my phone calls tomorrow I pray those staff members are terminated, or my mother who now has severe lower back pain will have one hell of a lawyer who will be instructed by me to work to have EVERYONE terminated!

Nicole Morris: My first visit was great. I arrived early and had minimal wait time to be taken into the back. The Dr. Was running behind due to the delivery of a baby, but the staff was very apologetic and gave me a choice to wait or reschedule, and I chose to wait. Once she arrived, the communication with Dr. Akonye was amazing, she listened to my concerns and we made a plan that works for me. I felt like a person that was heard and understood and not a number to meet a quota. I highly recommend making an appointment with her.
