1 /5 ashley marie: 0 STARS! My mom sees Dr. Reddy and she had to wear a heart monitor to track her heart palpitations. Next step was to mail in the heart monitor for the results and the clinic says they "lost the results" this was told when she came into the appt for the heart monitor results 1.they didnt even know what she was coming in for and 2.they make my mom come in for no reason. Please prep your charts the day before to see why patients are coming in and do not waste peoples time ! This clinic is UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. This is a HEART DOCTOR. Nothing is even done about my mom’s heart palpitations. They keep increasing her Blood pressure meds for no reason. of course her BP will be HIGH that day yall lost her RESULTS and wasted HER TIME.

5 /5 Ruby Contreras: Beyond grateful for the WONDERFUL care Dr. Wu and has team have provided for my grandmother. She has had two procedures so far and is waiting on one more. Both times the team was right on time and Raul explained everything to us thoroughly. He allowed me to be with grandmother so she wouldn’t be afraid and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. Thank you so much for the excellent care.

5 /5 Shannon Fairchild: Dr Wu has saved my husband many times. People sometimes complain about wait time - but in all honesty people have had to wait because Dr Wu took my husband to emergency surgery (immediately stopped all visits and had my husband on the table very quickly) not to mention he has saved his life - he took the pain away quickly - our family loves Dr Wu and his nurse Adrian very much. Please always pray for this wonderful Doctor who works about 15 plus hours a day just because he loves everyone. God bless you and your staff SIR!!!

5 /5 Lionheart Roar: A visit to Dr. Wus clinic means a longer wait because he is in high demand. He is a highly skilled specialist who is exceptionally kind and welcoming. He is also a great listener and he answers questions without hesitation. I recently had extensive cardio testing done and interacted with several technical staff members/nurses who conducted stress tests, echo test, imaging, etc. All of them were friendly and attentive to my needs as a patient. Yes, the wait is longer - but the best things (and doctors), are worth waiting for.

5 /5 Edward Mclean: Finding a good doctor let alone a great staff is hard to do. I would not go anywhere else for my personal medical care, I have complete faith in the staff and I would not take my family anywhere else and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I want to personally thank Dr.Wu, Mrs.WU and the entire staff, for being hardworking, caring, honest and always treating my family and I like family. Credit is deserved where credit is due.

T. Darnice Houston: My mother was seen there this past week. I learned this weekend that she was dropped on a gurney by three staff members as they were transferring here between gurneys. I also learned from my mother, who by the way is 73-freaking years old, that these three staff members laughed and joked about not being able to move her AND dropping here. Needless to say, once I make my phone calls tomorrow I pray those staff members are terminated, or my mother who now has severe lower back pain will have one hell of a lawyer who will be instructed by me to work to have EVERYONE terminated!

The Dr. Was running behind due to the delivery of a baby, but the staff was very apologetic and gave me a choice to wait or reschedule, and I chose to wait. Once she arrived, the communication with Dr. Akonye was amazing, she listened to my concerns and we made a plan that works for me. I felt like a person that was heard and understood and not a number to meet a quota. I highly recommend making an appointment with her.

Roger C: I am a heart patient and I am often sick. My cardiologist comes to this location so I come here. It is hard to relax, sleep and be calm because the nurses and staff are so loud at all hours of the day and night. They have no concern about the patients being able to rest in a peaceful environment. Its as loud as a elementary playground full of kids only the noise here is coming from hospital staff thats having too much fun. Its always like this. You bring it up to the nurses but nothing is ever done. This shows poor Leadership, lack of concern and respect for patients. Something needs to be done.
