2 /5 Courtney Simmons: The office staff was very nice and helpful. The nurse that helped me when I was called back was phenomenal! On the other hand, after meeting the doctor and feeling like I wasnt helped or heard, I left with a prescription and in tears. I wished I went elsewhere!

4 /5 Maribel Torres: Upgraded from a 1 star because I spoke to a different provider who called in a RX for us. Also to add the staff was professional. I took my mom in (elderly) for a UTI. Which is what she was seen for last time. But this time we were not giving any treatment for it. The provider was concerned about her sugar which was high. I told her I had administered insulin and if she would have asked more questions I would have told her it was almost time for her evening dose. The provider wanted us to go to the ER and said they would treat her for the UTI. An hour later, after her meds, her sugar is steadily declining and now Ill have to take her again bc we still needs meds for the UTI. Her sugar was under 500 and its a "mild" UTI. This is not a reason to go to the ER. Its LITERALLY what urgent care is supposed provide care for. The provider made a bad call.

5 /5 Delonda Delony: I was very sick, and knew I needed medical attention. My next door neighbor stated she had used this particular Urgent care, so off went. I was diagnosed with the Flu, no wonder I felt like crap. Every single employee from the Receptionist, the nurse tech, and Nurse Practioner were so Awesome. They were very caring and attentive towards me. I hope that I wont need the kind of service soon. But, if I do Im going straight there.

5 /5 Javen Bowen: The nurse that took my son back initially and took all his vitals was an absolute sweetheart. My son has always been scared of going to the doctor & this was the FIRST time ever that he allowed them to do everything. She needs to work in a pediatric hospital. She had so much patience even though they were very busy. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart!!

5 /5 Boss LILred “Chubbie”: Really nice friendly service and they accept all insurances and medicaid plans . Nobody around does that anymore. Medicaid patients had been forced to use the hospital emergency room and there wasnt a urgent care local for them until this place came along. Very grateful for them!
