5 /5 john grove: Dr. Challa definitely has a style about him.I can see some thinking him abrupt and off putting but I like his no nonsense attitude and feel he is very knologable and really cares. He has called me personally "no nurse" to check on me on a Sunday evening and I dont think he is ever unreachable, unlike some others.I feel lucky to have him as my Dr.

1 /5 Melinda Berry: This Dr is the rudest man I have ever had. He tells you to shut up until he is finished talking when you have a question or comment. And then he gets up and leaves the room when he is done talking. He doesnt even have time for you even if you have questions about anything. After the 4th visit dealing with blood pressure issues, I told the front desk I wont be back. He made me cry, he was so rude.

1 /5 Tia B: this man is horrible! & very very rude/arrogant! my grandmother was seeing him about her heart problems. He previously seen 3 blockages in her heart but did not disclose this information to her. ( we still can’t understand the reason maybe because she is a woman of color) A month later she had a massive heart attack due to one of those blockages & almost lost her life. This could have all been simply avoided if he would have done his job! Once she was in the hospital he was incredibly RUDE to her & to my family! This man should be fired.

Once in a blue moon you might catch an empty waiting room, but most of the time you get a full house. They aren’t running full steam ahead for nothing, let me tell you. My husband applied to be a patient, and despite accepting new patients his application was denied. They refused to give a reason and this was after multiple calls and follow ups, since there staff couldnt be bother to reach out. The front office staff are rude and provide a poor customer experience. I would not recommend and will be finding new care.

I am new to the area, so I just need a new healthcare provider who can prescribe the medications I need. I don’t need your disgusting phone etiquette and judgement in the process. I wouldn’t waste my time with these people. You can’t even get in the door for a checkup with the physicians. I’m also calling their corporate office to let them know as well.
