4 /5 Sheena Fusilier: Dr tadros gets all 5 stars from me! But the person answering the phone is rude to every patient there that’s why I put it at a 4 star! It’s been like this for years and I don’t know how she gets away with talking to patients the way she does but I decided to leave a review about her, to maybe either one 1) help her straighten up her customer service skills or 2) let the facility know that they need to hire a new receptionist. She doesn’t just to me this way. I have several friends that go here and always complains about the girl behind the front desk. So I know it’s not just me. Dr Tadros is wonderful though. She truly cares about her patients and completely professional:)

5 /5 Lora Farley: I called Dr. Tadros office today to see if they had any openings for appointments. I felt like my left eye was going to burst because it hurt so bad with sinus pain. The person in appointments told me to hold after I told her what was going on. She got back on the phone and said Dr Tadros said be here at 2:00, bath even tough they were booked. The story ends well. I got a shot and a z-pack. I feel much better now, with no pain. Thank you Dr Tadros and staff for being awesome, as per usual.

My husband applied to be a patient, and despite accepting new patients his application was denied. They refused to give a reason and this was after multiple calls and follow ups, since there staff couldnt be bother to reach out. The front office staff are rude and provide a poor customer experience. I would not recommend and will be finding new care.

Their front desk staff have the worst phone etiquette, and treats every patient as if they’re looking to be prescribed heavy drugs when trying to set an appointment. I am new to the area, so I just need a new healthcare provider who can prescribe the medications I need. I don’t need your disgusting phone etiquette and judgement in the process. I wouldn’t waste my time with these people. You can’t even get in the door for a checkup with the physicians. I’m also calling their corporate office to let them know as well.
