As someone who struggles with dental anxiety, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and at ease I felt throughout the entire process. Dr. Devin is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely caring, which made all the difference for me. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. Liz, my hygienist, was equally amazing. Her gentle approach and reassuring demeanor helped me relax and made the cleaning process a breeze. To top it all off, they even provided me with a device to monitor my sleep for potential sleep apnea. She made sure I had everything I needed while I waited for Dr. Devin. Soon after, Ellen took me back to begin my Invisalign consultation. The level of care and attention the staff provides to ensure comfort throughout the visit truly impressed me—it was such a refreshing change from the negative experiences Ive had elsewhere. Then, I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Devin, who was absolutely wonderful. She thoroughly addressed all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. After having a previous dentist tell me I should just pull my molar since its too far back to work on, I decided Id rather get a second opinion. After I called 30 mins before close, they not only picked up but were kind, understanding, and listened to my problem. After setting up my consultation with Hannah and Dr Duncan, they stated I should try to save the tooth, which I highly agreed. They not only were able to clean out the cavity on my molar, but also printed the in lay tooth portion right there in the office same day! I am blown away with the care, detail, and advancements of this office. Hannah and Dr Duncan took their time, made sure I was comfortable, and listened to my needs during every step. I have been to multiple dentists around the North Austin area, and this will be my new dental home. If youve had any dentist tell you its too hard to work on, or brush off your worries for your dental issues, dont hesitate to go here. Its worth it.
