5 /5 Camille Mitchell: My son (7 years old) is a new patient at HQ Dental. We came in for inflammation of his gums and the removal of some extra teeth at the bottom. The dental staff was very professional, everyone greeted us with a smile. They had modern dental equipment that made the visit a smooth and interesting experience. Dr Pham and his dental assistant Alani (spellcheck) were very informative and made our visit very comfortable. Dr Pham removed 4 teeth. My son didn’t experience any pain, or discomfort. Dr. Pham and Alani took my son to their treasure vending machine where he selected 4 prizes for the 4 teeth that were extracted. This has been the best dental experience we ever had. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

The staff is small and friendly and answered all my questions both before and after initial checkup. I needed a deep cleaning which was handled great. Dr. Tran is a kind and talented dentist and made what can be an uncomfortable experience very easy. I expect to continue as one of her patients going forward.

cristina schleifer: I have been a patient of Dr. Maribella at Georgetown Dental for a few years now and have always been happy with both her and the entire staff. Dr. Mirabella is a perfectionist, case in point: A while back I had to have a crown on a back molar. When I went in to have the crown put in Dr. Mirabella said she wasnt happy with the shade of the crown, she thought it was too light and didnt match the rest of my teeth. I couldnt tell the difference, to me it looked fine, besides it was in the back not visible unless I had my mouth wide open and someone was actually looking for it! But she wasnt satisfied, sent it back and replaced it with one she said was a perfect match! Over time, I have found that being a perfectionist was not a one time thing, rather, it is indicative of the way Dr. Mirabella approaches her profession.

I appreciated that they accommodated my request for a six-month cleaning in addition to the new patient exam and x-rays. While the office décor could use some cosmetic updating (starting with the ceiling). My hygienist was exceptional – professional, friendly, funny, and a wonderful bedside manner. The front office staff were also outstanding: welcoming, professional, and kind. On the other hand, while the dentist was professional and clear in his explanations, he came across as somewhat cold, disengaged, and he didn’t ask about my dental care objectives. As a whole, I was pleased with my service. Based on this initial visit, I recommend Carus Dental.
