1 /5 Charlene Dixon: Used to love this place before the recent changes and new management. I had a great experience in the past, but things have gone downhill. My husband recently went in for the same services I had done the previous year, and we were shocked to find extra charges that shouldn’t have been there. Turns out, the new billing person made some questionable decisions. Beware of the new billing practices — double check everything! Wont be coming back.
In reply to your response I called to inquire why my husband was charged $160 for a procedure that I underwent the previous year for only $50. Describing the charges as “identical” seems inaccurate, given the $110 difference in copays.
When I requested an itemized statement, I was sent a list of procedures without any CPT (procedure) codes, which made it impossible for me to verify the charges with our insurance provider. I followed up via email to request the appropriate codes and unfortunately never received a response.
At this point, we’ve decided not to return. Thank you for your past care, but this experience has been disappointing
