5 /5 Alysia Espada: I’m beyond grateful for my experience today. I haven’t gone to the dentist in 9 years due to a terrible experience when I turned 18. I was so scared that I built anxiety up and was ashamed to see another person. Of course as I got older, I knew my teeth would need a lot of work done. Growing up in and out the dentist all the time was heartbreaking as a kid, learning you have teeth that mess up fast was something that stressed me out since I was in elementary school. I grew the confidence because I truly want to change my perspective and want a better life overall. I saw that both of my dental insurance plans were in network with Aspen Dental in Georgetown. I knew I would prefer to go somewhere outside my hometown just in case I felt embarrassed. I’m so happy I chose this dental office, I feel like I hit the jackpot. From scheduling to the end assessment to go over my dental plan, this team had the most compassion, understanding and empowering attitudes when it came to establishing a proper care plan. Not only was their customer service top notch, but their knowledge at each position amazed me. I’m a new patient so I’m learning their names, but to the office manager, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist and to Doctor Shah, thank you for emotionally taking care of me and for educating me for each and every step. To know that each team member in that office is beyond compassionate, empowers me to not only continue my service and treatment plans there but to also spread the positive words about how amazing this place is. I was concerned a chain brand would stray me away, but I was proven wrong and realized, it’s really about the people you have that make our experiences amazing. I was extremely grateful that this dental plan was structured for not only the best health, but also focused on necessary treatment only. No price gouging and maximum savings possible.
