1 /5 Anthony Librera: I wasn’t going to write a review, but since they e-mailed… it was a lucrative waste of time. I wanted a consult for the teeth liners and they ended up taking me for 18 x-rays and then tell me everything wrong with my mouth. They make you wait in a waiting area before speaking to somebody about the price like you’re at a car dealership waiting to speak to the finance manager. Then they go over their absurd prices. The dentist was almost over the top fake nice. I told them I made the appointment for the liners and the prices for everything - liners and cleanings and the lot were way more than I was told over the phone when I made the appointment. It felt like a bait and switch and I felt more like a sales opportunity than a patient. Now here comes the “we certainly understand your concerns, the procedures were necessary blah blah blah” response. Well you should make that clear before somebody schedules the appointment. The prices were insane and you didn’t care about why I came in originally. My usual dentist will do everything you guys would do for absurdly below the cost presented. Thanks.

1 /5 ForSheepSakes: I would advise my fellow consumers to stay away from “dental mills” like this. Over four years ago, I had very bad dental pain that actually required a root canal to help my issue. While I was in the office, in pain and desperately wanted a solution, somehow they ended up needlessly selling me a tooth cleaning to the tune of $2300! I didn’t have that kind of cash on me and I was made to believe this procedure was necessary. (later found out it was absolutely not necessary to help my immediate needs) I applied for credit at the time and reluctantly had the procedure done. They gave me a referral to some other dentist that had the proper skills to help me. The entire procedure cleaning my teeth, took the assistant nearly 15 minutes. To fill the tooth with a temporary filling, about 10. I was out of this office in little bit over an hour and now charged $2300 and still didn’t get done when I came in there to get done. I refuse to pay this bill although it’s messing up my own credit. I called their corporate office and just got a run around. Sadly, these medical professionals, if you can call them that, take an oath to do no harm. The best thing they could’ve done for me to ensure they did me no harm at all, both physically and financially it’s just give me the referral. I could’ve paid for two root canals with what they charged me. They really don’t care about helping you. It’s all about the cash. Go to a local dentist not these corporate shills.

5 /5 Dirk Griewahn: Dr Shah is phenomenal! I had a cracked tooth in so much pain, and on a Saturday they managed to fit me in and take care of my pain. The staff were so kind and supportive every step of the way, and not only helped with a comprehensive treatment plan but also offered some very good ways to save and get the care I needed. And after all that, I came back still in pain and the way they rushed to make me comfortable made me feel like a visiting dignitary! I’m so grateful with the care that came out of my bad day, and cannot speak highly enough about the staff here! Thank all of you so very much!!!! Definitely a great place to go if you need anything done with dental!

5 /5 Alysia Espada: I’m beyond grateful for my experience today. I haven’t gone to the dentist in 9 years due to a terrible experience when I turned 18. I was so scared that I built anxiety up and was ashamed to see another person. Of course as I got older, I knew my teeth would need a lot of work done. Growing up in and out the dentist all the time was heartbreaking as a kid, learning you have teeth that mess up fast was something that stressed me out since I was in elementary school. I grew the confidence because I truly want to change my perspective and want a better life overall. I saw that both of my dental insurance plans were in network with Aspen Dental in Georgetown. I knew I would prefer to go somewhere outside my hometown just in case I felt embarrassed. I’m so happy I chose this dental office, I feel like I hit the jackpot. From scheduling to the end assessment to go over my dental plan, this team had the most compassion, understanding and empowering attitudes when it came to establishing a proper care plan. Not only was their customer service top notch, but their knowledge at each position amazed me. I’m a new patient so I’m learning their names, but to the office manager, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist and to Doctor Shah, thank you for emotionally taking care of me and for educating me for each and every step. To know that each team member in that office is beyond compassionate, empowers me to not only continue my service and treatment plans there but to also spread the positive words about how amazing this place is. I was concerned a chain brand would stray me away, but I was proven wrong and realized, it’s really about the people you have that make our experiences amazing. I was extremely grateful that this dental plan was structured for not only the best health, but also focused on necessary treatment only. No price gouging and maximum savings possible. Thank you again to my new dental family and for your guidance and support on my new dental journey!

1 /5 Matt Saxelby: When I was looking for a new dentist. I stopped in to Aspen Dental. I asked if they took my insurance. I also told them, “I only want a new denture”. They agreed. Two days later, I was sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes. While waiting, two other people came in. The two other people went into the treatment area before me. When they finally sat me down in the treatment area, the dentist said, “We need to take x-rays”. I said, “I don’t want x-rays”. She says, “I’m sorry. It’s policy”. I got up and left. The receptionist was rude as I was leaving. This dental office is not very honest, organized or friendly. I will not go to this office again. I would not either if I was you.
