5 /5 Ranae Morgan: At my initial new patient visit, the entire staff was a delight to be serviced by. The appointment process was super easy online, as well as filling out the online forms. Future appointments were available in a timely fashion, not having to wait weeks to be seen. The location is perfect for both my husband and I. The front office staff were friendly and inviting, and even checked for a toothbrush for me, by request, since I had just eaten lunch with onions and I didnt want to be THAT patient. The X-ray tech was super fun and handled my stupid gag reflex like a champ. The hygienist was polite, communicative and friendly and performed her job well. The dentist did a very thorough inspection in a manner unlike any other dentist ever has, not just my teeth and gums, but checking all portions of my jaw, and under my tongue, as well.
I will definitely be making this my permanent dentist, hopefully for many years to come, as long as the staff continues with their awesome customer service.
What an enjoyable visit to the dentist, which I have always been so apprehensive about.
