1 /5 Tiffany K.: The experience I have had has truly been terrible. ONLY one provider is at this location. I scheduled an appointment earlier in the year and was told my appointment would be in September then my appointment was canceled last minute. I called to get an explanation and reschedule only to be told my appointment would be two months later. That appointment was canceled without warning again. When trying to reschedule I was informed my new appointment would be January; which at that point would be useless for the care I am in need of. Seeking sympathy from the director of the facility is non existent, as she does not seem to care. I provided this rating and review because I felt as though the office didnt care about me as a patient or person but just a number in line. If I need care somewhere else I will have to wait as I have no more options but trying to get the staff or director to have sympathy is like eating a mouth full of hot coal. Basically you will either have a good or bad experience here and I hope anyone who is actually ABLE to get care HERE has a good experience.

4 /5 Arlene Salmeron: Love the office super friendly staff. Dr. Nathan Kwan was amazing through out my entire pregnancy always answered all my questions and any concerns I had. He’s extremely nice .. I’ve gone to him for both of my pregnancies couldn’t haven’t chosen a better Obgyn. The only reason I can not give this place a 5 star is because to get a appointment is a little hard They book out pretty far. Over all, I’m satisfied with everything else.

I call to schedule an appointment for some knee pain I’ve been having the doctor who I’ve been to before barley examined me I don’t know why I keep going back because this happens anytime I go in there. She told me to go sit in the waiting area and wait for X-ray. 20 minutes goes by and they havent come to get me. I go get my drink out of the car and the receptionist tells me I can wait in the car if I wanted to. I asked what we were waiting on and asked if everyone was at lunch and she said probably. Why in the world would you have someone sit there and wait without telling them what’s going on. That was the last time I will go to this place. I get better treatment at urgent care

Vanessa Washington: My daughter visited this clinic over a month ago. They recommended her to see a nutritionist, which has been great. However, she also had lab work done and the Dr. hasnt called yet to discuss the lab work! Someone from the clinic called about 2 weeks after the lab work was completed, only to say that the Dr was moving and she couldnt discuss the lab work; only the Dr could. Still not a word and its been about 5 weeks now. When I called, I only got a voicemail and no one has returned the call. I would not recommend this Dr or clinic!

A: It is very convenient that each department has a reception area. I took a ticket, and they called me. They confirmed my identity, asked the reason for my visit, and what needed to be done. I waited for about five minutes, and then they called me in for an X-ray. After five minutes, I was done, and an hour later, they called to inform me of the results. Everything was handled promptly. The only downside was that the woman at the reception was not very nice or friendly.

Marsh’s office Texas Sport & Spine since 2010… for the past 2 weeks I was having muscle spasms bad…I called & got appointment Ms. Scarlet Foster for early June, was put on the waiting list if there was a cancellation… they called back & got me in before lunch… then got a appointment for this afternoon for an injection, Dr. Marsh really knows how to get the right spot to give me relief. The whole staff, from the front desk to the nurses & techs are respectful, polite & friendly. They really take the time to take care of my Pain needs. I would highly recommend Texas Sport & Spine - Dr. William S. Marsh!

Ballerkidheem !!: They literally took my sick hall paper and sat it to the side without telling me mind you I’m one of the first people to walk in sick hall I sat there for 2 hours just for them to come tell me they are going to see me at my appointment later in the day after almost seeing everybody in the waiting room the communication here is terrible and everybody half ass does their job

So far all the staff I have interacted with has been friendly and professional and I have not had any bad experiences so far.

One African American and the other I am not positive had shoulder length hair bold.face lied and told me mu insurance fought against the Affordable Care Act and wouldnt be paying 100% for preventative care. After calling my insurance twice they refused to take the information stating I would need to call back and reschedule an appointment and call my insurance to go through this entire process again. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They stated their supervisor was working at killeen loaction When I called the killeen location to report it , they stated each facility has their own supervisor and I was more than likely lied to. I this happened on Tuesday August 6, I have yet received a call for someone to alleviate the problem or situation.
