Jason Thomas I was very impressed by this shop. I went in around 12:45, fully expecting them to tell me to come back because they close for lunch at 1. But they let me stay even though they had other cars in their bays. They currently require you to stay in your car during the oil change, which was new for me. But it allowed me to see them in action. They had great teamwork, and they paid attention to detail. My oil tank was extremely low - they informed me that there was no leak. They also suggested that I come back in a week or so so that they can monitor the levels, just in case. To summarize, I had the impression that they cared about the work they were doing rather than doing the bare minimum, which is unfortunately what Ive come to expect in places like this. I highly recommend them!

Kara Granados ***Correction*** Ok so Im re-reviewing my first review because I feel like I left negativity on a partial understanding on a already really bad day. However, after returning and getting clarification to what had happened I realized that my bad day lead me to not understanding the whole situation because I really didnt listen after I heard "failed" to minor issues. Literally....minor issues. And thats bad judgement on my part, and for that I do apologize. I understand they have a job to do and probably have to put up with a$*holes all-day for doing so ...however after going back today, they really do do a great job, quick and I actually love that what people have to say about their business means something to them and it matters because a lot of places dont. And I respect the hell out of her for caring. Im leaving my initial review up to show what I mean by me being a jerk because I really was and I should not have taken it out on them, especially like I said before for them doing their job. I apologize and appreciate everything. Thanks! ***Initial review*** I thought this was going to be a good place to go. I was The fourth person there there was three dudes ahead of me and then there was me. The lady passed one of the trucks and then with the other two dudes she came in and told him that it wasnt going to pass. She could either give him their money back or she could go ahead and fail them and they had 15 days so they got their money back. With mine she took my truck to the back and she took forever and then when she came back she told me she failed me because of my tires and the gas cap didnt even give me the option like she gave them. So basically if youre a lady dont go there if you have any little tiny thing wrong but if youre a dude go for it. Shell cut you a break.

Elisa Ramirez So I had a defected alternator in my Avalon and I broke down during 101 degrees weather and I was given a quote of a hour that lube n tune would get me and they did! Thank you all so much for coming out and getting me ! And dropping off the Avalon to Keating where I can pay the towing fees thru one account with Toyota and my alternator fees as well. Alice N Wonderland Didn’t get it right the first time, for the amount of money it cost, I was about to cry. After making a phone call letting them know it still hasn’t been fixed, they had me bring it back in and thank goodness I did because they got the job done right the second time. Would have been wonderful if not for that but at least they got it right without any further delay.
