Kawena Revis We used to trust this shop... After a few years, myself and several others have decided we have to find a new auto shop due to immoral practices. This shop does repairs and purchases parts without consent, straight up LIES about what they did to your car, and apparently they dont do good work.
Took my Toyota in (for the last time) for breaks, oil change, and a checkup before a road trip. I specified which oil I wanted and asked for a detailed full body inspection.
Firstly, they told me they checked my brakes and they were fine. A week later, I almost lost control of my truck while breaking because they were so bad. Secondly, the guy up front ASSURED me they did my oil change with Royal Purple- he pulled up my paperwork and read it to me. Turns out he was literally lying. The printed out sheet I got had completely different information, said they used their shop oil, when I asked another guy to confirm, he said they definitely DIDNT use Royal Purple. I felt like I deserved the correct oil change. When I mentioned how the main front desk guy was lying, I was literally told "well were just going around in circles here, idk what you want me to do". Maybe be concerned about employees LYING??
This shop straight up replaced my friends ENGINE without telling him, and he took it in for JUST A TINY REPAIR.
So to sum it up,
This shop does work you dont ask for, and charges you.
This shop doesnt do work you do ask for, and charges you.
This shop will lie to you about what was done.
They do not care about your safety.
And they do not care about ethics.
Stay. Away.
