Julie Gore We drove to Paris today to see the Eiffel Tower, antique, have lunch…we stopped to use the restroom and then our car wouldn’t start. We called your local business because of its high ratings. After discussing the problem for several minutes, the person on the phone asked where we were from. We were then told they had to focus on their local business today and couldn’t help us. Where was the Southern hospitality!?!?! We’re from the South, from Texas, another small town in Texas… The impression we were left with is you didn’t want to help an outsider. You could have just said you were too busy from the start!

Im needing two straps replaced on my car I have called gave them the Vin number I cant get a return call everytime I called nobody knows what the hell is going on the say hes on lunch leave a call back number never get it go by there hes in the shop cant talk nobody inside have a clue Im definitely not doing any business what so ever with them other shops in town

Rick Hull I was searching for the right Chevy Silverado ZR2 online across the entire US. I found the best looking pre-owned with 25K on Paris Chevys lot. I live 5 hours south of Paris and was not prepared to make several trips to the dealership to work on a deal. Chance, the sales rep, contacted me ASAP and was great. We did the whole deal remote and Paris delivered the vehicle to my driveway. The best and quickest car deal that I have ever had. Great job and keep up the great work.

He spent time going over all the cars accessories to make sure we understood how they worked. Jwan, from the parts department, came out and helped with ordering the steps for my car. Andy Watson assisted with our warranty. They stayed late to get everything completed. We never felt rushed. The whole car purchase went smoothly. I would highly recommend Paris Chevrolet.

Jennifer Madison We were 4 hours into a 13 hour road trip and broke down in Paris, TX, a quarter mile from Precision. They were so kind and friendly, called a tow truck for us (who didn’t even charge us, bless him!) and got our car fixed and had us safely on the road as quickly as possible. They triple checked the car and test drove it repeatedly until they were sure it was just right, let us bring our dogs in to wait, and treated us with such kindness. These weary travelers will always be grateful for Precision, and can’t rave enough about the service they provided. Edit: Our van is driving better than it has in months, and we arrived safe and sound at our destination. Thanks again, Precision! You saved our vacation!

Eternal Heretic Car looks as tho there has been some animal in it likely a cat, Smell of Urine and hole chewed in seat. All they can say is clean it and itll be fine. Not to mention glass left in the car where kids will be! Never GO HERE!

Edith M Very quick work, same day pick up! My only issue with it is the rubber seal that goes on the bottom of the windshield was under the glass. It was one small area, so my husband pulled it out, hence why it is wavey looking. If you look at the rubber seal on the left, youll see how it should lay down. Im hoping after a while it will lay down completely. And, the side pieces, I dont know if theyre supposed to be like that or not, I just dont remember them like that before. Shouldnt the rubber seal be...sealed with glue, silicone, etc? Or should I be able to lift the rubber at all? Ill see if its leaks after it rains and find out I suppose...

Ross Fenley Worst experience at a mechanic shop Ive ever had. I brought my truck in for three issues it was having. They had said they would be able to start on it immediately. It was there for 6 weeks (the first time). I would call and check on it once a week and every time, they would say they would look at it tomorrow. Once they "found" the problems, it still took weeks to finish. I picked it up and got it home and the exact same issues were still there. So I took it back and they looked at it again and said they couldnt find the problem yet but were still looking. I wanted to talk to the mechanic but every time I would call he was either not there or not available. I would ask them to have him call me back and he never would. I know why the truck was there so long was because he was never there to work on anything. Anytime I would call, the ladies would answer and I would be put on hold until they went and asked my question to relay the message. I could never talk to the mechanic to get all my questions answered at once. Finally I had enough and just went and picked my truck up after another 3 weeks. Out of the four times I was there to drop off and pick up my truck, the mechanic was never there for me to talk to. I later had my neighbor look at my truck who just tinkers with vehicles every now and then and he found the problem in 30 minutes. Go somewhere else if you want your vehicle fixed properly, timely, and want to communicate with the mechanic. I will never take anything back.

Jeremy Lind I was driving through town on my way to Kansas to hunt in my 1996 dodge ram 3500 when a high pressure fuel line burst. I checked around town and nobody could help me. Another diesel shop in town told me he was backed up two weeks showed no sympathy for a guy who’s broke down away from home. I ended up at the dodge dealer, and a gentleman in the service department started looking for someone who could help. The part I needed was discontinued. He got ahold of the owner of advanced who said he’d try to help. I limped down to his shop and the owner pulled a part off his personal vehicle to get me back on the road. Very very nice people. Unfortunately you don’t find guys like this often, fortunately I found him. Great people, great service. Highly recommend!

Shawn (POGzilla) Everyone was friendly at this shop. I am newer to town and was having a hard time locating a reputable shop that would replace my timing chain on my truck. I spoke to numerous local shops around Paris and I couldnt find anyone that would fix my truck. Eventually i contacted Cannedys and these guys took the job. They had my truck fixed quickly and the truck sounds and runs great. Nothing but good things to say about this shop. Update (03-10-2025) My truck is running like a champ 5 months after the major repairs this shop did. This shop replaced my timing chain, replaced valves and a bunch of other parts. My timing chain broke and half the engine needed to be replaced. These guys did a great job.

Kevin Drove 3 hours to this dealership to get a 2022 4 runner that was in very good condition with no accidents or damage according to them over the phone. Long story short i go get gas as soon as i leave and noticed a decent size dent on the back left bumper that is causing the back left panel to not sit flush. The bumper is was also touched up where the dent is to hide the damage. Car is white so it was hard to see the damage unless you know what you are looking for. I notify them immediately but unfortunately i got there when they were closing so the guy had already left. Manager calls me on monday and tells me they touched it up and priced it accordingly so they knew about it. My issue is why they were not transparent with this damage over the phone and why they told me no accidents or damage when he just told me they touched it up. He offered me to drive back 3 hours one way for a free oil change for the issue. Learn from my mistake and be careful with this dealership. They will tell you nothing is wrong with the car. Try to hide the damage with a touch up and hope you dont see it. Beware with this dealership

Rebecca Garrett They do not want to make any appointment to diagnose your vehicle . I called to make an appointment because of a seat belt code, and I am supposed to know whats wrong with it if I knew I would not be calling to make an appointment. Very poor customer service..

L Bostwick Excellent experience. We had spark plugs replaced in a 2007 Ford F-150 with a 5.4 3-valve Triton engine which are notorious for their horrible design. We were able to replace three of the spark plugs ourselves with five broken off and needing to be drilled out in order to be extracted. We dropped the truck off on a Wednesday before Labor Day weekend and the job was completed by Tuesday of the following week. Fairprice. Exceptional service. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Ricky Schardt I took my 2005 GMC Yukon (2wd) to Dales on a Monday morning for a total rebuild of the transmission. My truck was completed and ready for pickup on Wednesday morning. Amazing, fast service!
