Alonso Mata Unprofessional customer service. I took my truck in to get it fixed. He only cleaned the throttle body for a temporary fix, even though the idle air control valve was supposed to be replaced. Two days later, the truck started having the same problem again. He kept changing the repair date on me, even though I had already paid him. A month passed, and he still hadnt properly fixed it. I ended up fixing it myself, and now the truck runs just fine.

James Williams Sat at shop for a week before they fixed car. But less than 2 hours to do the work once they got to it. Power steering hose from below was leaking and not driveable. Vacuum hose clogged. They both work now. Dont do electrical system, transmission, or hood release cable. Mr. Juvenal is a master mechanic and honest. But he is only one there that speaks English. Very affordable. My Brother goes there for repairs, and he referred me. Has to be brought in before 9 a.m. They get a hard time from neighbors for having cars out at night, even though on private property. My Brother thinks they are too good and popular for their current size.

Miller Chris (Twiztid) Best mech shop I’ve found in the area. Called for issues got a quote took it in they worked with my budget and fixed what was needed not what I thought was wrong. Showed me the broken parts and always very honest about their work. Already went back a second time to have more work done and still worked with my budget. As long as I’m around here I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Fair on price as well!

Jesus Rojas Dont let the appearance of the place fool you. They have been in business for many years and theres a reason why. They will work to resolve your automotive issue, good customer service and fair prices keep me coming back. They arent your "shade tree mechanic" and their price is reflective of their good service. I highly recommend them.

Walterio Ostos I agree with Chris, they have to be competitors. I been going to NA with my Suburban and the Audi Q7 of my wife, and its an excelent service. I had recommended to a couple of friends and they are very happy with the service that they recived, NA is the BEST in the valley, no question about it, try it, you will see the difference in Service and Price, simply the BEST!!!!!!!

Michael Dominguez They did a clutch job on my grandsport corvette. Excellent job and happy with their work quality and honesty. Fairly quick with the amount of work they had to do too. I would highly recommend this shop.

clarissa gomez Ernesto is very professional and honest. He explained the possibilities of what could be the issue with my AC. Within hours he had it fixed and ready to be picked up with a very affordable price. I trust Ernies Auto Service and will continue to use their services on a needed basis.

Crystal Very good and reasonable prices. Very respectful! Ernie is a good mechanic shop he actually tells you the truth and communicate with you about your vehicle to make sure that everything is working properly before he gives it to you. I recommend this Auto Mechanic Shop will be back again soon with my other vehicles.

Cindy Spikes The repair shop is horrible. That dont know how to follow simple written instructions. He hires mechanics from out side the business, so he cant be blamed for there work. They cut the wiring to the tach, so it no longer worked and said it came in that way. The tach worked just fine when we left the car.They put 6 quarts of oil in the engine, instead of 5 like the written instructions said. They are very piss poor mechanic, I use that term loosely. They have no idea about installing an engine in a car. I had to have the car towed to another shop so they could fix all the screw ups these idiots did.

Patty Pena I recently serviced my Jeep at Joes Automotive. They did a great job! I had no idea my vehicle was in bad shape. Thankfully the crew is very knowledgeable! They did a tune up, changed spark plugs, oil change and restart all the diagnostic software. I was very pleased with the services done. I highly recommend!

Rayven Cortez Jesse is the guy my window stopped working for whatever reason and he explained what he was doing and why and he didn’t give any excuse just got to work checked fuses and wiring and connections and at the end of the day he got it working again. Very nice, very honest. And that’s cause I’m biased thinking every mechanic is sketchy but. He is good

Javi C After I made the mistake of taking my jaguar to Jesse’s radiator shop in San Juan. I brought it here to have it looked at since the check engine light turned on after a week of getting the vehicle back. Premium Automotive services checked out my vehicle and gave me a quote for the services that my vehicle was in dire need for and service that could wait. Yes the service was a little more expensive than tan a mom and pop place, but it was considerably cheaper than going to the dealership because I’ve owned my car for 10 years already and have paid quite a bit of money to the dealership over that period of time. For example my belt was replaced by them and it was about half of what I paid in the past to the dealership. I also like the fact that they offer nationwide warranty on replacement of certain things. Btw this is the second place outside of the dealership I’ve ever had work on my car and I will continue to come here so long as I own this vehicle

PK BIRD DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Took my vehicle to change timing chain. Picked it up several days later and power steering now making noise. Told me to drive it a few days. Still making noise. They couldnt find anything wrong. I took it to another mechanic and immediately was told the rack and pinion was damaged as if the motor was dropped on it or something. 2nd mechanic even explained to Maldonado that it was damaged by his shop but he refused to pay for it. He caused over $600 damage to my vehicle that I have to pay for now. Absolute worst experience. They will break your vehicle and leave you with the bill!

Tyler Johnson Had an issue with my Corolla and took it in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I did not expect to get my car back till maybe Wednesday or Thursday the next week just because of the holiday. Called me in the morning next day and told me the work that needed to be done and price and that the car would be finished at 6pm that day! The cost of the total repair was fair and I really appreciate the hustle he showed getting me, and all his other customers, fixed before the holiday. Im really happy with the work and will use him again!

Juan Garcia Avoid This Shop – Poor Quality Work & No Communication I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve taken my car here three times, and each time, I got it back with unfinished work. The quality just isn’t there. Either they have inexperienced mechanics or they’re just not thorough. Here’s what happened on my most recent visit (November 2024): • One headlight was unplugged and crooked. • The hood doesn’t pop when I press the button. • Three months waiting for a rim replacement. These aren’t huge issues, but when the same type of mistakes happen every time, it’s frustrating and inconvenient. What’s the most scary is that they can’t get the little details right. Imagine the big ones and the things we can’t see. On a previous visit, I got my car back with a wind noise on the driver’s side. The manager said they’d fix it, but the problem was still there. Later, when the weather got hot, my AC wasn’t cooling properly. I took it to the dealership and was told it was accident-related damage—something Eagle Automotive failed to catch. I had to pay out of pocket for the repair. One of the worst things about this shop is their lack of communication. They never update you—you have to keep calling them. For example, I dropped my car off on 11/20/24 and am still waiting for the rim replacement. I’m sure it’s already there, but no one has contacted me. Save yourself the hassle and take your car somewhere else.

Ilissa Rios Thank you Eagle Automotive for fixing my BMW. My vehicle was involved in an accident back in February. It sat at Bert Odgen for 7 weeks just to be told they were unable to do the work. I had to look for another collision center with trained staff to get the job done. No one was highly qualified. Eagle Automotive gave me hope when I had no hope left. They were able to fix my vehicle and gave it back like new. Staff were friendly and provided good customer service. Thank you Eagle Automotive!

Linda Friend I recently moved to the area and needed to find a mechanic for general maintenance (e.g. oil change, tire rotation), plus Id been having an issue with the a/c and wanted to get that checked-out. As a female, Im apprehensive about going to a random shop because I dont want to get ripped-off or talked down to. After researching all the shops in my area and reading ALL the reviews, I went to Walkers and I couldnt be happier! First, we discussed what was going on with my car, possible solutions, and estimated costs. Theres no waiting room, but there is a nice park and plenty of shops within walking distance. When my car was finished, he explained what he found and how he fixed it. The price was reasonable and my car is running great! Overall, Mr. Walker is friendly, polite, and does honest work. I will be taking my car here for all future servicing.
