Eric Walters What a great bunch of folks!... Unfortunately I hit an igloo cooler going down the highway which knocked the bumper off... I put duct tape in to secure the bumper where all the snaps had broke apart and they were nice enough to inspect it to see if they thought you was able to continue the additional 3 and 1/2 hour journey. Dell Hart Wonderful experience! We broke down in Benjamin TX with our travel trailer. AAA got us to the shop. It only took them 5 minutes to diagnose and repair the broken part on the shift cable. They fixed it for free and even gave us some cookies for the road. They wouldnt take any money even though we tried to pay. Couldnt ask for nicer people or faster service. We highly recommend them.

Jennifer Tarver My son broke down about 40 miles away from the shop. AAA got him safely to the shop. This worried Mom called ahead and let them know her son was on his way. They were so kind and courteous. When my son arrived, they took great care of him and had him back on the road quickly. They were very reasonably priced. Thank you for taking good care of him!

Monica Crawford Took my 2025 Altima in on 4/14/25 for hail damage. Got it back today 5/15/25, and the check engine light was on. (The light was NOT on when I dropped it off) Mind you, no one told me the light was on, before or after I paid my deductible. After I asked about the engine light being on, Louis proceeded to tell me “O after we did our post scan of the vehicle, the diagnostic results showed the Freon sensor has an issue. So you need to take it to the dealership.” I haven’t had my car for almost a month and now I need to take to the dealership for them to fix it! And if this isn’t under warranty I’m responsible for it. Plus I have no A/C, not blowing cold air. It doesn’t bother me that they had my car for so long, I had some pretty bad hail damage. What bothers me is that they almost let me leave the lot without telling me what had happened! And they were so quick to blame the company that calibrated my vehicle. Very very poor service!

Mel Loftis I drove around for 2 hours trying to get a state inspection, and was told it was a 2 hr wait, or their system was down, and thats just the ones that acknowledged me when I walked in. The guys here, got me in and out faster than any place I had previously used. And they were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Derek Fontes WARNING: Scam Alert! I strongly urge everyone to read the reviews before calling this roadside service. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. They charged me for 8 hours of labor, even though they showed up without the proper tools, then left to go get them and billed me for that time too. That’s not just unprofessional and If you value your time and money, avoid this service at all costs. Don’t make the mistake I did. Total scam.

dedra Romero My car broke down while my daughter and I were on a roadtrip from Co to Houston for a concert and I called JC Mobile Mechanics in a panic when my car started making a loud noise. They came out at 10:00 at night to look at the car and quickly notice my serpentine belt was shredded and wrapped around my alternator. It was too late to order parts so we left my car there and they were back at 7:30 am to work on it. They got the belt on and we were back on the road within an hour! Darren and Terry were so friendly and helpful. It’s scary as a woman to break down in a town you are unfamiliar with and I felt so thankful to run into good people. The repair was costly because they had to charge me for coming out the night before although they weren’t able to do anything that night but overall I was happy with the service. Thank you!

James Huling had a pretty good experience with the shop. prices are a bit high on certain things. They are fair with their diagnostic charge. Took them a few days to pin point my issue BUT after they found out what was throwing my p0171 code. They called me and told me how much it would be to replace it. I ended up just paying for the diagnostic charge and air filter. I replaced the Fuel pump myself. Mr. Floyd is fair though!

Justin McBride Excellent customer service! They really helped me when I was in a bind. The alternator they ordered for me was about 25 percent cheaper than anywhere else I found it.

The Painters We were given a quote of $250-400 and one hour of labor ($150) so we had our truck towed there after hours and left to be looked at the next morning. Knowing it was either the battery or starter. We called the following morning as we are not local so would have to wait for it to be looked over. A few hours later we were called that it was ready for pick up and would be $1449!!! We were never called and given an update as to the confirmed repairs needed or any new pricing quotes, nor were we ever asked what brand/quality battery we’d want ours replaced with. We were charged $289 per battery which they said was the best from O’Reilly. The battery we were charged $289 each for RETAILS for $179 at their local O’Reilly’s!!! On top of an additional hour of labor to replace the batteries. (We were charged three hours labor). It’s not even the “best” battery - far better batteries available for $289. Would not recommend ever bringing a vehicle here unless you like being price gouged.

Heidi Wallace We were 5hrs into our 10hr trip to pick up a horse and our diesel started to overheat and of course it 5 oclock on a Friday and everything was closed. We started looking for a repair shop that would be open on Saturday and thats when we found Codys place thats open 24hrs. Cody answered right away when we called and asked if were able to drive the truck a few miles to his and he would meet us there. We pulled up at 5:30 and he was right behind us. Cody found a crack in the radiator. He ran got the parts and fixed our truck while we wait and got us back on the road. If you need help while in the area give Cody a call. His prices are grest too!!! I wish we had someone like Cody close to us.
