Toyota of Paris Service Center - Paris (TX)

1 /5 Kevin: Drove 3 hours to this dealership to get a 2022 4 runner that was in very good condition with no accidents or damage according to them over the phone. Long story short i go get gas as soon as i leave and noticed a decent size dent on the back left bumper that is causing the back left panel to not sit flush. The bumper is was also touched up where the dent is to hide the damage. Car is white so it was hard to see the damage unless you know what you are looking for. I notify them immediately but unfortunately i got there when they were closing so the guy had already left. Manager calls me on monday and tells me they touched it up and priced it accordingly so they knew about it. My issue is why they were not transparent with this damage over the phone and why they told me no accidents or damage when he just told me they touched it up. He offered me to drive back 3 hours one way for a free oil change for the issue. Learn from my mistake and be careful with this dealership. They will tell you nothing is wrong with the car. Try to hide the damage with a touch up and hope you dont see it. Beware with this dealership

1 /5 Rebecca Garrett: They do not want to make any appointment to diagnose your vehicle . I called to make an appointment because of a seat belt code, and I am supposed to know whats wrong with it if I knew I would not be calling to make an appointment. Very poor customer service..

5 /5 Donald Gross: I have long been a Toyota of Paris fan and still will give them the benefit of the doubt…to a point anyway. However, we recently purchased a new Land Cruiser, and the brakes make an awful grinding noise when applied while backing up. We were told this was a common issue known by Toyota and that parts for repair would be ordered and installed when they arrive. I was not very happy that no timeframe could be given and after discussion with the parts department I was not satisfied with their response and wrote a review about it. However, this happened at about 6pm and the very next morning I was given a call from Toyota of Paris apologizing for the earlier responses and giving me much more information. I absolutely respect the fact that Toyota of Paris tried to make things right as soon as possible and want to give them full credit for this effort. It is difficult dealing with unhappy customers, and I know this firsthand so mistakes will sometimes happen but how an organization responds says a lot about them. For that, Toyota of Paris will get 5 stars from me now.

5 /5 Cory McQueen: I would give them 1000 stars if I could! I cannot recommend them enough! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rick is the one who handled our service and Glen the general manager covered the cost of our deductible and the cost of our drainage and recharging of our a/c system. I mean who does that? If you are looking for a vehicle and your hang up is service then look no further and visit toyota of Paris today!

4 /5 Geneva Renee James: I set an appointment and they were able to get me in early. However it was an hour and 20 minutes to get an oil change. Found a problem with the ac and they are fixing it under warranty. Service department is very friendly and helpful. There are coupons on their website for services. It is worth the drive.
