1 /5 T !: Im needing two straps replaced on my car I have called gave them the Vin number I cant get a return call everytime I called nobody knows what the hell is going on the say hes on lunch leave a call back number never get it go by there hes in the shop cant talk nobody inside have a clue Im definitely not doing any business what so ever with them other shops in town

5 /5 Veronica Loewen: Very friendly and courteous service. They were flexible with scheduling since I needed my car back as soon as possible. I planned on cleaning my car after I picked it up, but to my surprise it was cleaned inside and out. Will do business with them again.

5 /5 angela caviness: Aside from the lack of communication mostly due to progressive insurance and their sorry selves. I am completely satisfied they did everything allowed by the ins . company . Great service in person phone skills lacking . As long as ya got the time to stop in and check on things your in great hands . If you are depending on the phone for communication I recommend not using them.

5 /5 Stacy Wiebe: Had my Traverse repaired here after being rear-ended. The employees are very friendly and helpful. As far as I can tell the repair looks excellent and Im happy with it. The only thing I wish they had done better on was communicating with me about the status of my vehicle. It was in the shop for nearly 2 weeks , I got a couple of texts but other than that I had to keep calling to see if it was finished.

5 /5 Tasha Horn: I have had to use them twice for my vehicle repair and they are the absolute best to work it. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are great at communicating and are very accommodating to their customers. This is my preferred body work shop for all of my vehicles. Their work is amazing I have had no problems!
