Rob_T32 Just wanted to share my experience had my oil changed here a couple months ago in August of 2024 thought everything was all good just went to change my oil myself this go around and noticed it was leaking at the drain plug then I realized the drain plug was loose so I thought ok maybe they didnt tighten it back all the way well when I pulled it out I realized the gasket was not there then I figured out it had been forced without gasket and it stripped the threads in my oil pan so now Im stuck with this issue have no proof that they were the last ones under there although this was just 2 months ago and I havent had anything done since but I called to let them know and he said thank you for letting us know I will say they were always nice and the guy went under and never said anything when coming back up so it may just be on him but I wanted to share this just so you guys can be careful of who you let under your vehicle and I will no longer be going there for service

Grace Grubic Big Spring Collision Center was such a pleasure to work with! They were able to take a miserable situation and make the best of it. My husband and I were on a road trip when we were hit by an 18-wheeler just outside of Big Spring, 4 hours from home. Luckily everyone was safe, but the front end of our car was crushed. From the minute we walked in to Big Spring Collision Center during her lunch break, Stacy helped us through the whole ordeal. She was knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and explained everything to us patiently. She gave us realistic expectations about the timeline for repairs and kept us updated about progress along the way. They pointed us to a local car rental so we could continue our trip. When our car was finished we were expecting to have to make an 8+ hour round trip to pick it up, but Todd, the shop’s owner offered to deliver it to us in Fort Worth! They did such an amazing job with every detail of the repairs, our car looks brand new! I can’t recommend this shop enough. If you are in the unlucky spot of needing serious car repairs, they will completely take the stress off and you can rest easy knowing that your car is in very capable hands and they will do a fantastic job.
