5 /5 Anna Chapa: I went for an oil change it took a little longer than I expected but Joshua Garza came and explained to me why it was taking long and I appreciate it that he took time to explain why it took long thats why I like going they for an oil change

3 /5 Jeanette Dekock: The service person is friendly. Make double sure you kbow work was actually done. Went in to get window controller fixed in all windows. They went down but not up at the window site. But the drivers control worked.. Sent it home saying it all works. Then tried to convince me I was wrong that they worked when vehicle was released to me. But they didnt check before release. And I didnt check he was rushing to get to next customer. So checked when I got home. They fixed it. But I was charged.

1 /5 Richard Smith: Horrible three weeks they took to work on my truck and called twice to pick it up then come to found out both times it had the same issue lied about what was repaired said they serviced it and actually didnt. piss poor service as well each time I pulled off the lot my truck did not run nothing was fixed then was told they would need it a lot longer. I then got fed up and told them that I would be taking it else where and had the service manager tell me thats fine because he has already been paid. Worst shop and worst manager I have ever dealt with Ill never go back and would suggest no one else go there for service of any kind to your vehicle.
