I called Dales transmission this morning about dropping dad’s truck off while I took him to VA appointment and they were very accommodating. I was called when they figured out the problem and the solution. They had it fixed before we were done with our appointment. Casey was very wonderful and we will always use Dales. Amazing customer service! Honest and Trustworthy place. Dad had another vehicle repaired there in the past and had same great service! ❤️

So I was checking other places when they called me back and said they would work me in. It was great that they took that extra step to call me back and work me in so I would not have to worry on my trip.
