CrazyCreativeGrandma Productions I absolutely cannot understand why they don’t have a 5 star rating! Why you ask? Because they aren’t money grubbing jerks, that’s why. My son broke off the plug to his oil pan while changing his oil. He’s 20 and not much experience with cars. He just happened to reach out to James with ProFleet and explained what happened. Without hesitation, James told him what to do and didn’t insist on coming over just to make a quick buck. So why am I leaving a review? Because I would have had to pay the bill. You just don’t find companies that are honest and not poised to strip you of your hard earned money! ProFleet gets my 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and any other accolades I can think of. I can promise you that the next time I need a mechanic that I can trust, I will be calling ProFleet Mobile Mechanics! Thank y’all!

Jordan Williford I had made a mistake trying to change my oil and stripped the bolt and it ended up in my oil pan after trying to get it out I thought I was gonna be out 500$ after all these quotes and called pro fleet asking what they could could and James had told me I can just go ahead with the oil change and it should be fine so I did my car is working just as it did before my mistake unlike a lot of mechanics that would try and say it’s a 700-800$ job James at pro fleet said save your money and don’t worry about it just do the oil change your car should run perfectly fine. Thank you pro fleet helps me and mt family a lot.

Jameson Frey I was driving into Round Rock from Houston when my cars check engine light came on. My car lost full power and was having issues! After calling AAA, and being referred to Austins Automotive Specialists, I limped in. Once there, I spoke with Terrence, letting him know my situation. Terrence was more than helpful, he was honest and knowledgeable. In less than an hour after dropping off my car, they had it diagnosed and communicated with me about our next course of action. Luckily everything was quickly and easily fixed! And I was able to continue my trip. Terrence was amazing and the overall quality of work I received was awesome. The cost of everything was reasonable and didnt break the bank. I definitely recommend this Auto Shop!

Jason Crouch Honestly, if I could give them 10 stars, I would. These guys have helped with several of our vehicles and they are meticulously honest and helpful, but one recent experience is unlike anything I have ever seen when it comes to vehicle maintenance: While working on something relatively big, they discovered that I had a cracked engine block, which was initially discouraging. However, Emery (manager) found a replacement block at a halfway reasonable cost (still relatively expensive, but a fraction of dealership price). I agreed to the quote, and they installed the new engine, but it had issues. This happened several more times, and they ended up fully installing at least FOUR separate engines, because Emery was committed to making it right. It took several months, but I did get my vehicle back with an engine with only 132,000 miles on it (my car has over 350,000 total) and THE QUOTE NEVER CHANGED. Emery honored the original quoted price, which is astounding. I am planning to take all four of our vehicles only to this location from now on. Yesterday, I needed two inspections for other cars, and a regular maintenance on one of them, and they knocked it out in less than 45 minutes despite the fact that I had no appointment. Emery and Terrence are both impressive men of integrity. You are in good hands with this team.

I like a shop that is always neat and clean like theirs. Ive been going to these guys for 6 plus years and theyve never let me down once. I highly recommend and appreciate this shop. Andy Grzymala Heard many good reviews prior but luckily my vehicle has not needed work…until it did lol. I had to get my brakes done (they never squeaked, just went straight to metal on metal grinding). Justin was able to address the brake issue and explain to me why I didn’t get the “normal warning of squeaking” (pads, rotors replaced). Had all my brake issues resolved, also I had a small coolant leak which he was also able to diagnose. I’m glad Camdyn auto was able to take care of my truck issue and be flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend!

Brian Villalobos Robert is the most trustworthy, honest, straight-talking, and generous mechanic Ive ever encountered. His prices are always fair, he explains everything patiently and clearly and kindly, he is uncommonly giving of his time and practical advice, and he has never pressured or rushed me to make a decision -- which can take me a while, especially with car stuff. My dad recommended him to me a while back and he quickly became my go-to; theres no one in the repair business Ive ever trusted more. Plus, his prices are great, and his work is faultless. Lisa Campbell My daughter took her vehicle in for an oil change and the shop said she was out of oil (not the case) and needed all kinds of work done for thousands of dollars. We took the vehicle to our tried and true mechanic at RC Auto Repair and the issue was something entirely different and cost less than $400 and ready the next day. He is always friendly, honest and reasonably priced and has worked on several of our vehicles. I always recommend him to anyone that needs auto work done.

Paul Campbell I have brought multiple vehicles to A&A, both domestic and foreign, and they do a fantastic job every time. They do a great job at explaining exactly what the problem is and what repairs are needed. They are very good at what they do and I recommend them completely.

solomon cisneros I needed some work done on my a/c to figure out where a leak might be coming from. I found this place and since it was so close just walked right in. It was I believe Francisco that helped me, but if you’re reading this please correct me! He was super friendly; I talked to him about what I thought it might be, he listened, and I left my Subaru forester with him. The next day he called and he couldn’t figure out what it was but did an a/c recharge along with adding a leak detector to figure out the leak( it’s a very slow leak, for me the last a/c recharge lasted maybe 8 months). And the prices were affordable! What I liked most was not only was he hospitable but he was honest. He didn’t try to upcharge me, he tackled the issue we talked about. The problem with other big mechanics in the round rock area that I noticed was their lack of customer service. I emailed 3 places, one of them being rising sun auto. I explained a separate issue with my car and all they sent was essentially, “oh it’s a Subaru, you need the engine replaced”. a 2-3 sentence reply at most. Didn’t try to take a look at it, didn’t say they would diagnose it, or even to say hey bring it in. Not even a “with regards, (auto shop). Like who is writing these responses lol. Anyways sorry for the rambling, go to this shop if you need work done!!

avi odenheimer I initially left a 1-star review because I felt I was charged for a service I didn’t knowingly agree to. While it’s possible I signed something authorizing the charge, I asked at the time if I would be contacted before any fees were applied, and the staff member said yes. They also told me the diagnostic test was free, which influenced my decision. That said, I’m updating my review to 4 stars because their customer service was fair— they refunded me in full. That was the fair thing to do, and I appreciate it. For clarity: no repairs were done on my car — this was just a charge for a diagnostic test. I was only trying to address a check engine light, but the diagnostic included a lot of checks I hadn’t asked for.

Tim George I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire replacement, and a few other services. Ever since that visit, my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) warning light has been constantly going off — something that was not an issue before the service. I’ve returned to the shop multiple times (4-5 visits), and the issue still isn’t resolved. On top of that, it felt like other problems started after this service, which makes me question the quality of the work done. I simply don’t have the time or energy to keep going back and forth for something that should’ve been done right the first time (or at least the second time). Disappointed with the overall experience. I will not come back nor recommend anymore.

Neil Cavendish Such a shame I have to give them a one star review especially as how nice they were but service and quality is not worth it. First off they didnt actually warn me my car was not worth fixing and had other issues and just went ahead letting me spend money getting the car repaired. The repair jobs they did took forever and were not done correctly as the issues came back very soon after. Im not sure if the guy working on my car knew what he was doing. Then the mechanic broke a sensor on my car. The owner said he knows he broke it and they would fix it for free. Well since then they have gone dark and dont return calls or say they didnt get the part. Its been a few months now. I had to sell the car at a loss due to these guys. Some people love them but if I was you I would take my business someplace else. Or be ready to waste your time and money. Sometimes the cheaper option is not the best option and this one is just bad on both accounts. You have been warned.

aaron mare The crew at One Stop Auto Shop are so great. They have saved me, more than once. I had taken my car to another shop and wasted my money on some guessing they did, that turned out to be wrong and a waste of money. Then I was lucky enough to make it to One Stop Auto Shop. George checked out my car with his advanced equipment and was able to read out exactly what the problem was. Problem fixed... Just went in again, and easy-peasy problem fixed. And Ill be back soon for my brakes and other things. They have saved me from being ripped off from other shops that dont know what theyre doing and theyve also saved me money by having very reasonable prices. I can also say that George has gone out of his way for me, being compassionate for my situation and how much stress I was in with having car issues and other issues in my personal life. I can say he is a very good person. George and everyone on his team are hard workers and they know what theyre doing.

Gary Anthony and the crew at In N Out are top-notch. Anthony is super friendly and knowledgeable. He quoted me a very good price on some work and had it done exactly when he said he would. The quality of their work is excellent and Ill be going back soon for some work on another car. Highly recommended!

Looks brand new again. They even washed my car for me when I came to pick it up. Would definitely recommend going here and if I need work done again I would 100% bring my car back to these guys. aramanda8 I was told the bill was $250. I supplied the part There was no breakdown of how many hours I was being charged. The owner wouldnt say. Cars are out in the open. No fences or anything to keep people from walking in there. Also, if you need your car towed, they say they have a truck to come get it. What they dont say is that the tow costs $150. My car was less than 5 miles away.

Lisa Cazacu Stay away from this shop. They are the rudest folks. You are not treated respectfully. Kept thinking they were just having a bad day, but it happens all time. We have 4 vehicles and have found a place that is cheaper and much nicer. Our cars will never go there again.

Tino Girl Ive been going to Pit Pros for years. Every time I didnt use them for inspections, I was sorry and would end up back with them because wherever else I went was trying to use the inspection as a reason to up sell. Ive found them to be honest and I dont stress about having to fend off bogus extras when I go to get an oil change.

Ashley Fisher Service was great. Quick and efficient. It’s convenient to be able to get the inspection done and your stickers in one stop. You don’t even have to get out of your car. It is a bit cheaper to order them online though, especially if you’re using a credit card as they have an additional $5 fee. My total came out to $106.43 with a $10 tip which seems a bit expensive to me.

Matthew Culcasi In and out in 5 minutes, printed my registration sticker so I didn’t have to renew it online. Plus the 3 man staff - Michael Jordan and Joseph were awesome. Best experience I’ve ever had at an inspection place.

Jordana Naftali I was having a hard time figuring out what was going on with my car, but the team at round rock auto center was super helpful and kind. Ray was really on top of things and kept me updated, and Riley, the technician, did a great job during the inspection. what I liked most was the detailed report they explained everything clearly so I actually understood it. they even followed up with a call to check if everything went as expected, which meant a lot. highly recommend them if youre looking for honest, thoughtful service.

I called several mobile mechanics and none of them answered my calls, until I called you. You answered my first call and came within 25 minutes. I came across their business when seeking out local repair shops after a wreck that left my van nearly totaled. So glad I found this shop! They worked directly with my insurance to limit any hassle on my end, fought for new parts to ensure my van would be at its highest quality and safety upon repair, and completed all the work within two weeks. I will certainly refer anyone locally I come across who may need their services. Im beyond impressed with the outcome of my vehicle and their overall customer service.

Becca Santana Once again, this auto repair shop has exceeded my expectations. Someone hit my child’s car in the mall parking lot and drove off, scraping the plastic molding. I called the dealership for an estimate, and they quoted me $389.00. I had previously worked with this shop on another repair and was very happy with their work, so I decided to reach out again. They went above and beyond, ordered the new part, installed it in under 20 minutes, and did it all for a fraction of the dealership’s price.
