5 /5 justin guthrie: Gilbert is a very nice man. And will give you the best deal around, along with good, honest, quality work. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a good job, at a very reasonable price. If I ever need a mechanic in the future, hes my go to guy for sure!!!

5 /5 sonya ables: They fixed my truck IDK how many times. Brakes, headlights, steering box, most recently fuel pump. But always do an excellent job! And they are fast. The prices are so cheap compared to anyone else. And if you find someone cheaper they will beat there price. Thanks Gilberts Auto.

1 /5 Jasmine Williams: My husband and I went to this shop to get our new engine repaired. At first everything sounded great from the quote priced and the mechanics. When I picked up my car he told me to it cost double the quote I was given....he never called to tell us the price changed. As I cranked up the car it took a minute to turn over to start. He said it was due to it being a new engine and said my battery was bad....battery checked at autozone and Walmart just fine. 3 weeks later the car doesn’t start. We take it back and he tells me it was my battery. I showed him the test from both places. He took another week with my car and tells me my battery blew my starter. Later stating he had to fix the starter and wanted more money. If you don’t want to give free money for a poor job stay away from this place. I normally don’t write reviews but I have to inform others so this won’t happen to you!

5 /5 g Reg: Was on my way with my family to San Antonio from Dallas and my car started overheating on the highway in temple. I pulled off and happened to luckily meet Gilbert at the autozone down the street from his shop. It was 6pm on a friday. He took me to his shop and Gilbert and 3 of his workers worked on my car for 2 hours as they knew we were in an emergency. They got us back up and running and would not accept any form of payment I offered. They helped us when I thought we would be stranded all night. Friendly people and would recommend anyone to them if I knew they were stranded in Temple.

5 /5 Joshua Jaime: Workers are vary friendly. They get the job done right. Vary fast service. one of the cheapest auto shops in town. Definitely not getting ripped of here.
