Darryl Johnson I was promptly greeted by Maxwell. He was professional & detail oriented. He kept me updated every step of the process. Everything was explained and shown to me concerning my vehicle. HE WAS HONEST & that is rare in the auto repair business. Because of him, I will be getting all my auto work done there. What a great experience from beginning to end. Kudos Maxwell & the awesome mechanic staff!!! The slim Black mechanic was excellent as well!!! Knowledgeable!

Chaka Brown I had a great experience at this mechanic shop! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The manager, Maxwell, was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, gave me a fair estimate, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. My car is running better than ever, and I truly appreciate the honesty and quality of work this shop provides. Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Maxwell and his team have definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable and efficient auto repair!

Timothy Johnson If I could give 10 stars for these guys I most definitely would. This guys are truly awesome. I took my truck and my daughter’s car for diagnostic and repairs. The manager was upfront and honest. He did not try to feed me a line like a lot of other mechanics do to customers. He told what the problems were for our vehicles and I allotted them the opportunity to do the repairs. Their work was top notch and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs repairs. They may be the cheapest but they stand by their work. Awesome!!!!

They’re also as a blessing too! They gave me the same honest, professional and efficient service that I received back east. They’re the best!

Ashley Shock I would not recommend this location to anyone. I’m disappointed with the customer service received. I had two nails in my tire and they said that they were too close to the sidewall to repair via Firestone policy and one was in the middle of my tire. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am, and asked if they could have it done by 4pm, they did not give any updates and told me when I dropped it off that they could absolutely have it done by then and probably even sooner. 3:50 pm rolled around and I had heard nothing, I called and they had not even looked at my vehicle yet. I felt like they just wanted to pressure me into buying a tire instead of actually fixing the tire I just got 4 months ago. I picked up my vehicle instead, very upset because they had it all day for basically no reason and my husband was questioning why they could not fix it. The guy at the front, Arnold was very upset that he was questioning why it couldn’t be fixed and their policy and told him that he was frustrating him and asked us to leave the store. We went across the street to discount tire where they were extremely polite, pulled my car in immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes for free. They even stayed late for me to pick up my car the same day. To make matters worse, one of the nails that was supposedly too close to patch had not even punctured my tire. They would have known this if they had actually taken the time to look instead of dismissing it because they didn’t want to fix my tire. I’ve gone to Firestone for years at different locations and this is the first one I have had issues at and it will be the last. They have now made me a lifelong discount tire customer. I will add the photo of my tire with the nails in the square that they refused to patch due to them being too close to the sidewall.

Nadeepa Sumanaratne I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care a few days ago for an oil change, and the experience was disappointing. The person at the front desk was on a call and didn’t even acknowledge me until he finished. Once he did, he casually mentioned there was only one technician available and the other would arrive in an hour. Not what you expect from a professional service center, especially in the morning. Also, back in March 2024, they inspected my vehicle and gave me an $800 estimate to replace brake pads and rotors, claiming it was necessary. Guess what? I’m still driving with the same brake pads and rotors without any issues. Makes you question the credibility of their inspections and recommendations. Wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

Lance Goree A&T Auto Care partnered with another local mechanic to Diagnose my transmission failure. A&T auto care took more than a week to diagnose the electrical issue. A&T reassured me that the electrical issues was solved and the transmission was fixed. Ultimately the transmission had been misdiagnosed (not fixed) and eventually failed a few days after driving it.

Victoria S This is a place I would recommend to anyone and everyone. They are the most honest and reliable shop I have ever been to, and the most reasonably priced as well. I had my front and rear struts, brake pads, and a CV axel replaced for under $2,500. Which also included a two year warranty. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it!

Vander Breland To make it short, my vehicle was towed in and had to be towed out. I was told at first it was the starter, so I replaced it. I took it to the gym and it had to be told back. I was told it was a bad battery. So they replaced the battery and after I went to the store, they had to come get it. Then I was told even though I had a new starter, it was bad. They replaced the starter again . I took it home and it quit on me. I got it started and brought it back. I went and bought a brand new star from a GM dealer and they kept my vehicle for another week and cannot get it started. I ask if they could compensate me in anyway, and I was told that if I need an alignment or something they would see what they could do. I had to pay an additional $125 to get it towed to the Chevrolet place.

Darlene Gregg I came in for my yearly inspection for the first time after years of seeing this place and was very pleasantly surprised with the genuinely great service. The office is homely and spacious, nice and cool for a hot July day. He found two little marker lights out and replaced them for me at minimum cost, inspected my truck and passed her. The man that took care of me was very kind in the ways he spoke to me, very accommodating in small discussion, and he gave me that good old fashioned treatment by opening my door for me, telling me to stay cool out in this heat, and shut the door for me before sending me off. Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone. Im so glad I came here.

EAC Eddie and his crew have been taking care of me and my families vehicles for years! These guys are the best! Theyre honest, upfront, and Eddie makes you feel like family. They have helped me through the lives of 3 vehicles so far and I wont trust anyone else with my car. terrance lattimore One month ago, I had my car serviced at the Pearland location. All needed is to add my alternator belt install, instead i got bill was started at $520 dollars, half fixed car. had to replace a start which never had a issue unstill i had it towed. The customer was Rude plus. The members of the staff treated me like had no idea what a poor job was being performed parts was uninstall on my car. see attached pictures

Somebody Special I had really liked this place, and Kirk especially. They seemed legit. I had taken my car here because my AC was blowing hot. They put Freon and said when the Freon runs out bring it back so they can see where the leak may have been with the dye. That was $98. 3-4 days later my compressor hose blew off. The car made a loud pop and let out some steam, and then the AC immediately went hot. He told my dad my hose could have been bad already. That compressor is fairly new. I got it put in July of 2022 (another car place). It is July 2023 right now. He said it would be $350 to fix the hose and labor…..for an issue they caused. Because they either put too much Freon or didn’t take all the air out before they out the Freon in. This is inconvenient and a waste of money. To my knowledge, I need a whole new compressor, condenser, & just the whole kit because it’s messed up now. The least they could do is take some responsibility, I am so angry about this.

Christen Barnhill This is the best mechanic shop Ive ever been to. I brought my 2022 Yukon in after the dealership seemed to not want to help me. I was taking my entire family on vacation and was panicked that I wouldnt have a vehicle to go in. The mechanics stayed late and went the EXTRA mile to make sure my vehicle was safe and ready to take my family on a long road trip. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Everyone in this shop was kind, understanding and very patient with me. And they offer veterans discount.

Kavoos S I had a great experience with Pearland Automotive. They were honest and transparent from the start—tested my truck, gave me a clear and detailed report, and completed the repairs quickly and at a very reasonable price. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days, but I highly recommend them for their integrity and excellent service!

Kai Reece Extremely unprofessional I had questions on why the labor would be so high for a simple 30 minute job, part being $338 and labor equating to the same dollar amount. I was told there would be no more questions cause there were other customers to tend to, I also had to give an answer in the short amount of time because the mechanic had personal plans.

Heather Curley Horrible work! The owner is extremely greedy. He kept feeding me lies after lies. I should have never showed him the estimate from the insurance company for the pay off of my car because he took the entire amount. He couldn’t figure out how to get the two warning lights off my dashboard for the headlight. He had my car for over a week and still need more time to figure it out. And the work he did is falling apart. If you have a nice car do not go to this place. He rushes and does terrible work.

Janet Britt First of all, they gave us one of the lowest quotes out of five quotes. The job they did was exceptional. It was fast and I felt like I was working with very honest people. Thank you very much for a job well done. I will definitely come back for any body or window work needed.
