Daniela Rios Very bad service. I took my truck there and the manager, Victor, provided very poor service. My truck was worse than before. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Dont go there. Avoid the high price, which he also charges for the mess he makes.

Vero Leon I had a fantastic experience with Transmission Performance and Auto Repair in Crandall. From that first moment that I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything my vehicle had. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and gave me a clear estimate before doing any work. My transmission was slipping causing great concern because this is my work vehicle. The gauge would go up to 70 mph, but my vehicle was at a speed of 40mph. I was concerned how long my work vehicle would be at the shop for, but the turnaround time was quicker than expected. My vehicle now runs smoother than ever. I really appreciated their honesty—there was no upselling or surprise charges, just solid, professional work. Its rare to find a shop that combines technical skill with great customer service, but they nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need more work done, and I’d recommend Transmission Performance to anyone looking for reliable transmission repair. Thank you once more for getting me back on the road as soon as possible and finally feeling I have a reliable vehicle I could depend on.

loletha pierce Dan was referred to me by a friend of mine. I explained to him I dont know what is wrong with it. He came by my house and looked at it and picked it up a few days later. He text me and told me it was fixed and that he dropped it back off at my house at 6 a.m. A few days later it worked for a few hours so I attempted to call him back and spoke with his girlfriend who said she will contact him. Called back later his girlfriend answered the phone and he refused to get on the phone and told his girlfriend to hang up because he is not answering. I then text him a message stating I will take further action since he was paid to do a job and it wasnt done. He then text me back and acted like he didnt know what was going on. He agreed to come check my zero turn out at my home and he did come. I appreciate that. He pulled the control box apart stated someone has messed with the wires and that he didnt have the equipment to fix on it. States he was coming back later and asked where his laptop was that he left on my lawnmower and never came back. So basically I paid this man and my lawnmower still doesnt work. I know he said it was fixed but I had to send it to another shop. I dont recommend this repair shop because he ripped me off and lied to me. He doesnt deserve 1 star in my book

Today Morrow He had my mower for 5 months even though he said a few weeks. Fixed the spindle that holds the blade, however he damaged the transmission and muffler. Parts and labor were over $100 spent. We finally picked it up in worse condition than we left it in, and paid way too much. This guy sent out his girlfriend and didnt have the curtesy to come outside. He doesnt answer the phone, return calls or respond to text messages. I recommend going to anyone else. Find a real reputable shop, but not here.

Garrett Morris These guys are awesome! I was in quite a pickle and long story short, they had a short block assembled and loaded in my truck 2 hours. All I can say is go to them for your Cummins needs.

Kutter Karns I’ve never left a review but after how they treat customers and the quality of products I think it’s time. So after getting a 5.9 rebuilt by them I ordered new Bosch injectors through them aswell. Upon receiving the motor and having it installed by a professional shop it ran like crap and was down a cylinder. After further inspection one of the new injectors I received was a dud from the get go. After some back and forth and sending them the one back I received 1 injector to replace it. Fast forward to a little over a year and 30,000 miles on the motor it has excessive blowby. After stating something on a social media post I got told by and employee that they do 500 engines a year and that happens. Furthermore the employee went as far as saying I put hot rod injectors in it and blew the rings out. I in fact did not it still has the junk ones they sent. The truck is stock other than a fass fuel system and a Vailair dual disk. Once he didn’t have a good answer for me he replied “I bet you voted for Kamala” for one I’m not that dumb and two it goes to show how well they treat customers. I remember several phone calls dealing with rude employees thought the process. I hope this helps someone in the future I would not waste your money on a boat anchor of an engine like I did.

Jerrod Dorsey Not very friendly, Tried to scam me out of an extra hundred dollars cash to get my emissions inspection because I had darker than normal window tent. I went somewhere else they said the tent doesnt even matter anymore for the inspections. Its mainly emissions, tires and lights. Definitely Do not recommend.

Lio Valleza Fast and friendly service! Was a little confused as to why I was charged 10 at the shop and then the price was "adjusted" over 8 hours later, adding an extra charge, but it was so insignificant that I chose to look the other way for now. Besides that, excellent and fast service.

Hagen Farmer They take care of all my tires. Tractor, truck, and cars. They are reasonable and do a DAMN good job. I go no place else!
