loletha pierce: Dan was referred to me by a friend of mine. I explained to him I dont know what is wrong with it. He came by my house and looked at it and picked it up a few days later. He text me and told me it was fixed and that he dropped it back off at my house at 6 a.m. A few days later it worked for a few hours so I attempted to call him back and spoke with his girlfriend who said she will contact him. Called back later his girlfriend answered the phone and he refused to get on the phone and told his girlfriend to hang up because he is not answering. I then text him a message stating I will take further action since he was paid to do a job and it wasnt done. He then text me back and acted like he didnt know what was going on. He agreed to come check my zero turn out at my home and he did come. I appreciate that. He pulled the control box apart stated someone has messed with the wires and that he didnt have the equipment to fix on it. States he was coming back later and asked where his laptop was that he left on my lawnmower and never came back. So basically I paid this man and my lawnmower still doesnt work. I know he said it was fixed but I had to send it to another shop. I dont recommend this repair shop because he ripped me off and lied to me. He doesnt deserve 1 star in my book

SOUTHSIDE BLUE: Not recommended. They messed up my vehicle. been in the shop for a year so the warranty gone. offered to give me a small refund from paying 2200. I left a review he didn’t want to give me the small refund until I take off the review so I did and it’s been a month or two and still haven’t received it so posting it again until he either pays me or for people to notified that it’s not recommended. I went to another place and they charged me half of the 2200 I paid at mikes. They took off my baterry that wasn’t even a year old and replaced it with a small battery that was a bad battery as well so I had to buy me a new battery that cost double of the cheap off brand battery that they put in my car my original Battery was good and bigger and cost more then the off brand battery. my tow hitch was not attached to my car had two locks that require 2 different keys and only got one lock back said he takes it off all the trucks but when my friend went and other people still had there’s on I had to replace my harness and computer on my own.
