Brandie Smith Brought my 2016 Chrysler 300 in for repair. Car was completed the next day, running well and affordable prices. Month later brought car back in and shop owner assessed car and told me I owe nothing, they owned up to repairing the problem and fixing my car. Loyalty, respect, and honesty. Highly recommended and I love having a full auto repair shop I can trust in my town.

Indred Cold Just made a call to get a quote on my exhaust 09 F150. The gentleman was very polite and knew his stuff. The quote was well below what I expected. Not real sure what the others were talking about, "rudeness" However so far so good. I WILL be going there for the work in the next week or so, Ill come back on here and update my experience.

Johnny Bullock Avoid taking your car there if you can.. They get grease all on the inside interior and also try to get by with zip ties and also never can get stuff fixed properly .. I have had issues with them for a year with a vehicle that was purchased from them .. The lady in the office at the repair shop is the best thing there she is awesome and does her best to get them to do there job.. But if i was you I would take it to more skilled and professional mechanics..

Kristian Griffin This was my first time having to get a car of mine repaired so I wasnt really aware of how the process went. I was rear ended and my car, a 2017 Dodge Charger, took what seemed like minor cosmetic damage. The at fault drivers drivers insurance was a notoriously difficult one to deal with and after sending pictures to them, grossly underestimated my car repair costs. After searching on google for collision centers I came across this place and took my car there. IMMEDIATELY, they took what seem like 100 pictures of my car in a very thorough and detailed examination of my vehicle. They answered my question about the repair process and after dealing with bothersome Insurance company began work on my vehicle, and when they finished, my car looked brand new. It didnt look that good when i brought it, they even cleaned and detailed the inside. My overall experience is extremely positive and I would recommend anyone to them. The staff is very polite and helpful and they do amazing work.

Jessica Enríquez I visited Frank a few days ago after my car lit up like a Christmas tree. I was so nervous to find out what the damage is going to be.. as soon as I walked in, I got greeted by the manager, Ashley! She’s absolutely incredible! Trisha Medeiros I went here when I was homeless after the hurricane and was having problems with my rotors and a few other issues. These guys took really good care of me and gave me a fair deal. They fixed problems that another shop was trying to overcharge for and really did me a huge solid. I wont go anywhere else for help with a car. They are honest hard workers and do not try to pull the wool over your eyes just because you are a woman. I am so glad that I found this place.

Torres Ms “Mstorres” THE OWNER IS A THEIF. Dont ever go to this place. Theyll steal your money and not fix your car. They charged up front so you dont get your car until they feel like giving it back. They kept my car for two months, never answered our phone calls, charged $850 up front, ransacked and trashed my car, stole from my car, and after two months of them giving us the runaround they finally gave us our car back. They did not fix a single thing we asked. Our car broke down a week after we got it back. When we went to pick up our car, one of the guys working on it said hes not a mechanic, he just does what the owner asks. We took our car to another mechanic and was charged a lot less for the same work and was told that nothing in our car has been fixed. A few of our neighbors have made the same mistake as us.

Explanation, even though its also an impound lot... they have great customer service and I personally experienced it through one of their worker Ishmael. He gave me awesome customer service and even taught me ways to get things done here in Texas City- lamarque so that I wont have to go through this again to end up getting my car towed again. Alexandria Wade While dropping some dinners off at a local food pantry my brakes went out. I called Marty’s to tow me home from Galveston to Texas city. From the young lady who answered the phone to the gentleman who arrived to bring me home everyone was wonderful! I have never needed a tow before but if I ever need another I will definitely give them a call! My driver was knowledgeable and very friendly thank you for coming to my rescue!

Kayla Dubaniewycz Brought van so he could replace/rebuild transmission in MAY 2023. It is now ALMOST MAY 2024 and he has done nothing but give me and my husband the run around. I have small children and have had absolutely no transportation FOR A YEAR!!! We have called several times and gone in person practically begging at this point to please be honest if he can fix it or not and if he will ever get to it. Im at my wits end and this has been a very difficult year for my family without transportation. Took 500 dollars from us when we dropped off van last year and radio silence since. I dont know what to do. I want everyone to be aware that this can happen and it did to me by this bussiness.. my husband and his family have used this place for years with no issues until now so do with that information as you will.

Laticia Mata This man has taken full advantage of our mom who is 75yrs young. Kept giving her the runaround as to when her vehicle would be ready. Stopped answering her calls. He has has it since July and we are now in December with a down payment. All 3 of her children had to get involved to lite the fire. Told again they will have it today. Worse place of business I have ever dealt with. Poor communication. Would never recommend them.

Joe Ochoa This man has had my 75 year old moms car for over three months, avoids all calls, had to call from a unknown number to reach him only to given the runaround. Whole lot is a junkyard of un repaired cars. Three months !! I would NOT recommend this idiot to fix a flat on a bike. POOR COMMUNICATION ,EVER WORSE SERVICE. FIVE ZEROS

Curtis Roque My truck engine light came on indicating issue with temperature sensor. James and mechanic did excellent job. They analyzed problem and discovered. It only needed transmission fluid replaced with filter. Best money I ever spent. Highly recommend their service.

Paul Went in to have a part in my transmission replaced was quoted around 500. Dropped my car off on a Monday and Tuesday around 3 they called me. The part didnt need to be replaced just cleaned up a little. For the work that they did was only $125. Transmission working perfectly now. Great work and honest people.

Doug Ferro Took my car there and transmission was out. They repair cost was pretty high. Told me online it cost X amount which was 1000 less then online avg but found a shop about 20 miles away that beat his price and did a awesome job for much less then he quoted.

Charles Perry Yes , I have planned on having this mobile service company come to my home and do some work on my Ford XLT 250, but it seems like , the owner wasnt on the same page as I was. To make a long story short, I thoroughly explained to him the work that need to be done what I have done to a certain part. He replied okay let me think about it and Ill get back with you on a price. The next day he came and left, an to next one as well. Dont know whats wrong with certain mobile mechanics in this area, you at least could have gave me the respect, and said I decline your job. Or maybe you didnt like the person on the other end of the phone that you were talking to. That is some way that youre running your business.

Cam Cam Call this morning spoke to a lady by the name of Lauren asked about a wheel alignment call with great enthusiasm and energy after reading all these great reviews wasn’t really feeling the energy coming back to me though maybe it’s too early at 10:15 AM and the quote for $109 for a wheel alignment that’s a little bit high for mebut hey, it’s all part of the business. Anytime I have a problem he is open to take a look, then calls me up and lets me know what he thinks is happening. He charges better than anyone else around. Im sorry to see him retiring but his crew can keep that shop going with the work they do.

PeterMJ10.15.21 Went to Saba to get my brakes looked at and an oil change. Upon walking in I was given a warm welcome by Subhi. I let him know what I was in for and he said no problem and asked if I needed any food or beverage and got my car in the garage immediately. The whole process was only a 30min wait tops and they did amazing work. Subhi was great at making me feel welcome and taken care of. 10/10 will return for full services

Ferin Dodhiya I think his name is Adil who helped me! He was very helpful with my BMW that I thought needed brake fluids but instead service was due. He was able to help me right away and got it done within an hour. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs auto help.
