Jesus Trejo I am very happy with the staff and service. I took my truck in to get a noise checked out, I had taken it to a different shop and had gotten bad news, wanted a second opinion. They took my truck out for a test drive to find the source of the noise. They found the noise and it was a minor fix, versus major repair I was quoted at the 1st shop. They did a thorough check of my truck as I am going to travel next week. I am truly happy and appreciate the honesty and service I received. Joel Berumen Dont use this guy! Replaced a wheel seal a 10 days ago with a 30 day warranty. Wheel seal started leaking like crazy on second load. Never did answer my call or texts back. Come to find out wheel hub was no even torqued right. He doesnt stand behind his work or word ..

They arrived in less than an hour from the call, 55 miles away, and changed the tire with hand tools in 8 minutes flat. I called a dozen places closer to me and not one person could help. r0bert shrewsbury After having a blowout on I 27 we Google search the nearest tire shop at 6:15 in the morning, we arrived at his location at 6:45 AM and he had us on the road by 7:15 AM. It was like a true pitstop experience we are very thankful for his services and they did a great job.

Dena Roberts If I could put 0 stars I would. This is the worst place ever. Took my car in to get front bumper painted was charged 800.00 over the estimate cost because they had to order a part in which they never called me nor my husband to verify if it was ok. When asked they said they did call then they said they told my step son. Anyway took my car home and not even a month later plastic pieces fell off the bumber (piece they was supposed to order tht charged an extra 800) to my headlight falling out. They do not take accountability and deny and lie. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SORRY PLACE.

James Ruben Got a "level 3" detail which is supposed to be the best but ended doing about the same quality of work as my teenager. To be fair I did take a very dirty truck but I would have rather paid more and got a good quality detail than only half the truck clean. I did not attempt to speak to anyone about this mainly because if they cared it would have left the shop like this. More attention is needed from management.

Jasmine Thomas Got a blowout on a uhaul auto transport trailer in Hereford at 11pm and Lee’s Automotive was the service provider who responded. While the uhaul emergency customer service was trash, Lee’s made up for it by arriving earlier than the estimated ETA and performing quick + thorough service. He even checked the other tires and our tie-down setup since we had to do it ourselves due to our Jeep’s tires being oversized. Worth the wait and highly recommend!

Bettye Beard He is very good, and he didn’t hesitate to tell us when he couldn’t fix something. He researched the problem and sent us to the appropriate location that could fix it. We have used him several times before and he was fast and accurate.

Sarah Our teenage son was driving from Cimarron, NM to Beaumont, TX after a summer job, and broke down in Plainview at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. Johnny Cash Towing highly recommended Mackies and were so grateful he did. Johnnys dropped the truck at the shop Sunday night, then first thing Monday morning, Mackie sent someone to his motel to grab the keys, and they got right to work. His motel was not close to the shop, so later that day they also gave him a ride to the shop when he had to check out of his motel. It turned out to be a bigger job than anyone expected, but they worked late for 2 days to get it finished, going above and beyond, knowing he was stranded with no transportation. Outstanding customer service!!

Chantz Cutts Cannot say enough good things about Grease Monkey Road Service. Rodney and his wife were very responsive and helpful. I called late on a Sunday afternoon and he answered the phone right away. Had me send him a video showing the issue and diagnosed it quickly. Called me back in about 30 minutes with a quote and set up a time to come out the next day to replace my water pump. I was very impressed with the way his truck is stocked. I have had road side service show up before and have to use my tools. Not Rodney, he has everything he could need as a true professional mechanic. He along with Julio got me fixed up for a VERY fair price even though I was an hour away in a state park. Highly recommend if you need service anywhere around the Plainview area.

Andrew Smith I got the alignment done on my 05 tahoe here after replacing my ball joints and tie rod ends. Everything went very smooth I was in and out the same day with no issues at all! I would highly recommend Salcidos they are very friendly and easy to work with. Very reasonable on their price.
