5 /5 Garrett Morris: These guys are awesome! I was in quite a pickle and long story short, they had a short block assembled and loaded in my truck 2 hours. All I can say is go to them for your Cummins needs.

1 /5 Kutter Karns: I’ve never left a review but after how they treat customers and the quality of products I think it’s time. So after getting a 5.9 rebuilt by them I ordered new Bosch injectors through them aswell. Upon receiving the motor and having it installed by a professional shop it ran like crap and was down a cylinder. After further inspection one of the new injectors I received was a dud from the get go. After some back and forth and sending them the one back I received 1 injector to replace it. Fast forward to a little over a year and 30,000 miles on the motor it has excessive blowby. After stating something on a social media post I got told by and employee that they do 500 engines a year and that happens. Furthermore the employee went as far as saying I put hot rod injectors in it and blew the rings out. I in fact did not it still has the junk ones they sent. The truck is stock other than a fass fuel system and a Vailair dual disk. Once he didn’t have a good answer for me he replied “I bet you voted for Kamala” for one I’m not that dumb and two it goes to show how well they treat customers. I remember several phone calls dealing with rude employees thought the process. I hope this helps someone in the future I would not waste your money on a boat anchor of an engine like I did.

1 /5 Kelly Stanton: I’ve been holding off on this review, but it’s been nearly 6 months now and I’m so done. If I could give negative stars I would. My 2017 Ram bit the dust with the dreaded grid heater bolt drop, and my shop purchased a long block from here in January. Was supposed to arrive in a week, take the shop 2 weeks, and I’d have my truck back good as new. Well, 4 weeks goes by and apparently the motor was “lost in transit”. I’m not sure how one just loses something of this size and weight… but after being yanked around my shop finally got these guys to send a replacement motor. They must have slapped together whatever leftover parts they had sitting around and sent it, because the piece of junk that got installed in my truck has yet to run right for more than a week at a time. Oil leaks, coolant leaks, freeze plug blowout, and now the head gasket. The valve cover gasket has been replaced 3 times at this point, nothing will seal up properly and as soon as the truck is put under a load something major happens and I end up on the side of the road, with my trailer and horse. The shop has been busting their butt trying to make it right, and they have a good reputation, but nothing has gone right with this motor and I now have a really nice truck (that isn’t even paid off yet) sitting in the shop, again, not running. Today, the shop tells me Motor Parts isn’t going to honor the warranty… guess it’s time to lawyer up and force the issue as my truck is ruined and I’m out a ton of money. Nevermind the months it has been now without the vehicle we depend on not only for hauling but as my daily driver. Do not buy reman motors from here. They clearly don’t pay attention to details when they do the build and then don’t care after the fact when you’re screwed with a giant yard ornament.

5 /5 Oliver W (Wednesday): Thank you Napa Motor Parts for actually having a part in stock that is actually in stock, unlike AutoZone who had 4 parts "supposedly" in stock after I called to check since I was coming from Ola, to which I get there n no part in stock at all. Napa Motor Parts you saved the day. Great customer service, very friendly and was a pleasure to see from service employees. I just wished I had gotten their names! Great job guys, I appreciate both of your fast, friendly service today. You will get a lot more of my business in future n I will gladly refer you to whom ever needs parts in future.
