CAVA - McKinney (TX)

1 /5 C B: No forks, ear buds in employees ears, no ice, no vegetables, mess everywhere, trash cans full, sassy attitudes. Restaurant had 3 people in it. Employees had plenty of time to restock. They just hung out in the back and talked. 24 hours later. And the family still can’t get off the toilet. Disgusting cava. We are huge fans of cava. Great food. This location is just terrible

3 /5 tanner buwalda: Im giving this place a 3 because the food is good. They could improve on their cleanliness. Upon entering all tables needed to be wiped down, chairs had food in them, and we observed a worker with gloves wiping off tables and used the same gloves with peoples food.

5 /5 Sunshines CraftySpot: Thank you Jaylen for amazing customer service! However my pickup time for my order was 7:15. When I pulled up they hadn’t seen the order come through. So I had to wait an additional 10 min for my order to be prepared. Got the order, bit into it and it was cold. There were more condiments and sauce than meat. I ordered the chicken shawarma pita. I would say go inside instead of ordering online. The first time I went I ordered this inside and it was amazing.

5 /5 Jenu: CAVA at this location is one of the best I’ve visited. The service was friendly, and the portions were generous, which made the meal feel worth the price. I had the steak + harissa bowl, and it was really delicious with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The place was clean and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Everything felt well-prepared and served with care. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again.
