Mr. Han Terrible service! I waited for 10-15 mins for the representer to finish her phone call. Then somebody entered and she talked to him and did his work for 5 mins. After that, she just greeted me and took another call without telling me anything. I waited for another 5 mins. Then, I decided to pay somebody else more even if she made it free, and be treated with respect. (I am not sure about time time in total maybe it was more than 30 mins waste of time)

Peachy Peach DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! The manager there is very rude, is not knowledgeable of what shes selling, she will add roadside without you knowing what it is. I went to this location because its located in a good part of the city but its a joke I was not greeted upon entering the manager was watching something on her phone and the office was a total mess! What a joke! I have been to other locations and was never treated this poorly everything was explained to me clearly. If you want to know what youre paying for I recommend to go to any other location and not this one at HEB Plus.

After a few months i sold my truck and called to cancel. I was supposed to get a refund and they never cancelled. I had to call 2 months later to cancel. and My refund is still no where in sight. Have texts and proof of what Im talking about.
