Ryan is the person who did my pedicure and did an amazing job. I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my manicure but she did an amazing job too! Try Lavella you won’t be disappointed!!

Kayla Alamia Just visited for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly sweet and easy to work with, making me feel right at home. They have a great drink selection, which added a nice touch to the experience, and the team was so attentive and accommodating. The design I chose was executed perfectly, and I couldnt be happier with the result! The atmosphere of the salon is also really peaceful and relaxing, creating a perfect environment for some much-needed self-care. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

The ambiance is great. 10/10, I will be coming back! Update 02/08/2025 - I came back and saw Ryan again. He suggested an upgrade that was on special so it would only be $6 more but gave me way more than my original choice. Yes! Beautiful nails, relaxing massage, delicious Vietnamese iced coffee. She was very flexible in booking my evening appointment & explaining what services I would need to quote the inspiration picture I sent of korean style nail art. Her salon had great cleanliness & hygiene practices. She even bought a charm for my nails to match my inspiration pic exactly. Kim took her time & paid attention to detail. I left with no cuts or bleeding cuticles, in contrast to experiences at larger salons. I was charged fairly and didnt have unexpected fees to my total. Overall, very satisfied with my experience, would recommend to all, & looking forward to coming back!

Araceli Perez I had seen a while ago that this salon was getting opened a while ago. So I called on a Saturday to see if they had availability for a walk in because most salons I’ve been to before have a long wait time on the weekend, but they said yes that they had availability. I had never been before and it was my first time and oh my gosh it was amazing! The salon is very clean and new, it was a luxurious experience. They offer you a drink menu when you come in and it said on the form that 2 drinks are free. The pedicure chairs had a pad on it where you could lay your phone down and it’d get charged. Annie did my polish change and she made sure I liked the shape the color and she took her time, she was very kind. I will definitely be coming back!

Angel Air Ventana Nails Spa is an exceptional choice for any nail/pedicure service! They were able to get me in quickly at a last minute notice! Upon walking in the aesthetic is beautiful, glam, elevated, and very clean! My wonderful pedicure/nail tech Tina was just amazing! Please ask for her! She is kind, cares about your comfort level, answered any concerns I may have had, was extremely thorough through my whole experience, and very sweet! They also offer 15% of Monday-Wednesday, as of right now, along with two complimentary drinks from their beverage menu. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable! Cilla I’d been going to polished for about 6 months and always just paid without checking the details. On my last visit I checked the itemized list and realized they charged me an extra $10 for “long nails” after charging extra for cutting also. Toyin McClendon I go between 2 stars and 3 stars because the people are very nice. But the quality of nail service is not good. The lady doing my pedicure cut me multiple times. The lady doing my nails made the acrylic very thick and then over filed my nails painfully. I guess trying to fix their mistake, she kept filing until she destroyed the sides of my nails. Wont be back.

Dai Salas I absolutely love this place! The service is top-notch, the prices are great, and the complimentary drink is such a nice touch!!! My first experience was with Malu, and she did an amazing job on my nails (the red ones)—I loved them! Yesterday, I got my nails done by Victor, and he was incredible too (the black ones) I also had my eyebrows done by Holy, and wow, she is THE BEST! I am beyond happy with the results. Highly recommend this place for nails and brows—you won’t be disappointed!

Kelley Wheeler Nope. No. Don’t do it. The tech made 8/10 of my fingers bleed and every single nail bed hurts so bad. While using the grinder, she used it ON MY CUTICLES AND SKIN!! And some nails do not even go to the cuticle!!! Unreal. Every finger hurts and is swollen. I am so disappointed because of how highly reviewed this place is. I told the lady at the front desk and she didn’t seem to really care.

Cadence Dahl Really nice place the workers are nice. They also did a good job, but expensive. I will say the workers don’t really understand English too well like I said I didn’t want a design on my toes but they gave me one anyway and they also kept bothering me to do other things like waxing my brows. Lastly at the end they forcefully gave me a massage. They did give me free stuff though a deodorant and a brow serum

Most nail techs would be frustrated if I asked them to fix a nail, but she didnt and took great care of me. She also helped me pick the color which I love! I will definitely be going back here!

Suzanne Rodriguez My friend recommended this salon so I joined her there even though I had to drive quite a distance. I love her nails and it’s the only place she goes. I needed a full set and decided to get some bling added. I love them! I was late, but they didn’t mind and Lee worked quickly, but efficiently. She was so fast and the price was exceptional. I will continue to drive there for my refills, because I trust that Lee will do a great job and, like I mentioned, the price is fair.

Breanna I had a horrible experience at Milano Nail Spa in Sugar Land. After calling ahead to confirm they could take me, I was seated and waited 10 minutes before the tech, Ann, begrudgingly started my service. I requested clear acrylic and clear tips, but she kept making mistakes—cutting my natural nails without asking, applying crooked tips, and using the wrong acrylic color. She ignored my feedback and left my nails bulky, uneven, and full of bubbles. To make matters worse, when I returned to have them redone, the manager refused to soak them off and fix them unless I paid again. Absolutely unacceptable! EDIT: Please see photos - Pink designed nails are the set I got with Jessica on December 23rd - Clear square are the nails I got with Ann on Jan 15th Same clear acrylic and nail tips different tech and clearly one was MUCH better than the other. In the two hours Jessica took I left with a shape and design after a soak off. In the same two hours Ann did a soak off and poor application. Pictures dont lie.

It gave me a massage, Im a man, and gave my sister and mom such pretty nails. If you ever need a massage or nails come here. The even give you drinks if youre thirsty for a water or coke. They talk as if you knew everyone so its a chill environment. Overall its a very good location in my opinion

Somi Muthuraju I honestly will never go back to my old salon after coming to Mayis Nail Salon! The owner does speak English but most of the employees speak Spanish. I AM LEARNING SPANISH so I can communicate better with them because all of the staff are SO SWEET. They take their time -- no cut cuticle beds/bleeds, no hot fingers from the nail drill. They care about your safety and your nails health. I havent gotten tips in so long due to the multiflex gel that allows my nails to grow out and strong. Claudia Diaz I just go my nails done and I love how they look and feel. And the ladies really took the time to find the right color I wanted. I got a pedicure but she did a lavender scrub and then she had did this hot wax on my feet and then a nice oil it was so relaxing and worth it! It’s $15 extra but it was wonderful! I also got a gel manicure and they look great and the color I wanted was a nude but still look natural. All in all I paid $70 and included tip. I will be back again!

Kimberly Salmeron Edit after owner response* I did not receive acrylics, I received shellac on my real nails. 2 weeks after my service at N&D nails(I went ahead and attached more pictures with dates) I went to a different nail salon and they showed me the green spot beginning to form. They said that water mustve gotten under the bubbles or the previous place mustve used unsanitary tools. The current picture is whats growing out now. So no, I did not wait over 3 weeks to get my "acrylics" maintained. I appreciate the apology though and hope yall dont let this happen to anyone else. Went twice. First time was great. Second time I kept telling the lady that the shellac was full of bubbles so to please fix it and she kept ignoring me. Now I have a bacterial infection. I most likely will not be back. Im sure their other techs are great and that things like this surely dont happen often but I just wanted to share my experience. Never have I ever had something like this happen before after getting my nails done.

Angel is very kind and attentive to detail, I love really sharp square narrow nails and she delivered exactly what I asked for. Natalie did my first ever acrylic pedicure and I loved it. Mallory Lenio I went in yesterday with my friend for the first time and got a basic mani-pedi without nail polish on the manicure. The lady that did my pedicure did a great job and was very sweet and helpful. Another tech did my manicure and it was a little hasty. The nails were uneven and I asked a couple times if she could fix the shape to round and more even, but I kind of gave up. I got cut once while she was doing my cuticles (I understand it can happen), but it felt rushed. I went to pay and mentioned that I wasn’t sure they were even and the guy at the counter was nice and the same lady tried to fix it again, but I’m pretty displeased on the second day and noticed my cuticles look kind of choppy. My friend had a beautiful painted French tip set. I’m not sure I would go back.
