The service was very disorganized- one employee started my order, another finished one salad, and then a different person prepared the second. Each kids’ salad costs $8, but the portions were shockingly small. For the first salad, barely half the box was filled. For the second, most of the toppings were placed in tiny sauce containers, resulting in even less food- about three-quarters of the box was empty. This felt like a complete waste of money. The quality here does not compare to other locations I’ve visited, where portions and service have always been much better. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location and will be contacting corporate about the poor service and lack of value.

5 /5 Kelsey McGuire: Very excellent salads and every option you can think of is offered as a topping. Customer service was also excellent. Only bummer is that the avocados were too hard so I couldn’t get that on my salad since they were not ripe. Maybe next time!

5 /5 Nancy Moore: Some of our group had been before so it was nice they were able to tell us things. Order as a "to go" and then sit there and eat - then take the rest home. Pricing is either a large or a small. We went down the line selecting what we wanted. They didnt put much of anything in the bowl but there were so many choices the bowl was full by the end. If we asked for more of something they added it. I was able to sample a dressing. The meat is about $5, so a bit pricy. The roll is free. We like to sit and talk after eating and did not feel rushed.

5 /5 Terri Becker: Today was the first time I have been to Salata, I was pleasantly surprised! I was out running errands and was really in the mood for a salad. Salata is located in a shopping center off 380 in McKinney. I got there right at opening at 11 and was helped right away. It is a large salad bar where they serve up exactly what you are wanting. I went with a regular size bowl, it was huge! I probably could have done with a smaller one. I opted to do a Cobb salad in the beginning but it ended up being something very different in the end. Lol the spicy dressing was really spicy which I enjoyed. I love all of the fresh options to add into the salad as well as the different variety of meats and seasonings. The restaurant was clean and uncluttered, booth and table seating throughout. The employees were friendly and efficient. I like the tea bar in the back, with a variety of flavored teas on tap. Very filling and satisfying, I will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5 /5 Lish: First time here. Blown away by the options and sizes. Got the small salad bowl but it was huge and two people could easily share. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Staff were quick, attentive and friendly. By far my favorite thing was the Croissant! So fresh, airy and flavorful. Also try the lemonades - the peach was ah-mazing Plenty of seating and tables were clean.
