They worked on the issue until it was resolved 2 hours later. The staff at this shop worked so diligently that it made me think the rim was theirs and not mine. David Or Highly recommended! My car broke because of transmission issues. Dealership told me it had to be replaced. They are charging me so much money. Glenda and her team did a great job fixing our car for a great price! The car drives better than ever. They even cleaned out our headlights. They used to be yellow and now they looked brand new. Glad to find this repair car place and will now be my number one place for repairs!

Scott Padgitt They did a Pre Purchase inspection for me on a car I was looking to buy. I am out of state and needed an unbiased inspection. The inspection was very thorough. They were easy to work with and gave me a complete report on the condition of the car.

They saved me nearly $3,000 compared to what the dealership was trying to charge me—and honestly, what the dealership was trying to do felt like a total scam. The guys here are honest, hardworking, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s so refreshing to find an auto shop you can actually trust. Jimmy Le I brought my Audi in for a comprehensive vehicle inspection on March 3rd with a few concerns, one of them being that the coolant level was below the minimum line. Less than a year ago, I had the coolant water pump replaced at this shop, so I wanted them to check if the issue was related and potentially covered under warranty. They suspected a heater hose leak as the cause. When I picked up my car, I asked them to top off the coolant. However, once I got home, I noticed coolant sputtering from a hairline crack in the expansion tank — which turned out to be the actual source of the leak. This critical issue was completely missed during their inspection. More concerning, when I later changed my oil, I discovered that three underbody panels were missing from my car. I had unknowingly been driving without them for nearly a month. No one at the shop informed me that the panels had been removed or that they failed to reinstall them. It is unbelievable to know that someone who worked on my car ignored the fact that they did not reinstall my panels. I originally trusted this shop because of their high ratings and even returned to them for multiple repairs. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer fully trust them. *****Update: After I posted my review, Jon, from Euro Auto, reached out to me the very next day. He apologized for what happened and let me know he’s using it as a learning moment for his team. You can tell he really cares about his business and how his customers feel. Jon went out of his way to make things right and offered great customer service to earn back my trust. I really appreciate that kind of effort, and because of it, I’ll be updating my rating of Euro Auto.

Betsy Brecheen EurAuto is amazing! The great experience began when Nolan provided me a ride to the rental car company and stayed until he was sure that I was taken care of. He kept me informed of the needed repairs and the time line. Because my car needed an additional repair after they were done, they transferred it to the dealership for me. Their awesome customer service continued even after it was no longer at their shop. Nolan stayed in contact with the dealership and provided updates to me. When my car was ready, he had a Lyft take me from the rental car facility in Plano to the dealership in McKinney. Amazing! The repairs to my car were done with accuracy and skill, and the customer service was above and beyond!

Mac Money Mom We’ve been going to Sun Auto since back when they were Caliber—ever since my son was a baby! Now he’s 7, and he still looks forward to our trips to the “oil change place.” Between the free hot cocoa, indoor play area, iPads, WiFi, and TV, what used to feel like a chore has turned into a fun little outing for the two of us. The team is always incredibly kind and fast, though we often stick around a bit longer just to enjoy the space. They really go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and cared for!

Nastia V Best experience Ive had at an auto shop to this date. The staff was extremely pleasant. I appreciate being shown my car while being told the recommended additional services, and not being pressured into adding them on immediately. They also fully explained to me what each of the suggested services are and why theyre needed. Also, they were pretty quick with the oil change I came in for! All in all, 10/10 experience.

Jim Ying You can check whether the license plate number was repaired in your home. The terrible experience makes me disappointed. How can such a situation still occur after changing the oil? Shouldnt this be the simplest process?

Mary Ellen Hartman Michael is the owner, and he is outstanding! He personally works on every vehicle in the shop. We took him a 2010 Ford Fusion that had an electrical issue which affected the cars a/c, heat, and defrost systems. Another shop cause extreme havoc. Michael was able to find the issues and completely rewire the entire system. He texted me every day to keep me informed about what was issues were found, which parts were ordered, and the timeline for completion. We.couldnt be happier. We will be bringing our other vehicles to Michael very soon. Be sure to pet his beautiful German shepherd when you visit the shop. His prices are so reasonable, too.

Alyssa Bennett I cannot say enough about what Scott and his crew have done for me. I moved to Texas a little over a year ago, up until April this year I had never seen hail in my life! I spoke to a few other places and decided to call Auto Hail Pros Just on a whim, and something just felt right about Scott! I will say it did take Just about 3 weeks, but one entire week of that we were just waiting on the insurance agent to come look at my car. Well worth the wait, and it helps they paid for my rental!! As a little bonus Scott even gave me a $100 gift card to a car wash. I mean how fantastic? My car looks great, and I am more than happy. Thank you to Scott and everyone who worked on my car!!

Ting I wish i can give 10 stars to this place. I have my white corolla with thousands of hail dents , they fixed it like brand new. My front bumper was loose, this is not hail damage, but they fixed that with no charge! Scott is a nice guy, picked up phone call quickly and he s always here to help. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends :) excellent job!

They diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything fixed ahead of schedule. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff kept me updated throughout the process, sending a view of my inspection via text message showing the issues and non-issues with pictures attached. Its clear that they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
