At 26 years old, with rapidly deteriorating eyesight, I was feeling quite anxious. I went in today around 5:30pm and was greeted by Tony and a young lady (I didnt get her name). They were both extremely helpful and made the sign in process fairly easy for me. I only waited about 10 minutes before being called in to be seen. The staff in the back were also extremely nice and friendly. The staff and Doctor had so much patience with me and were very considerate. I will definitely be back if Im not feeling good! I was well taken care of. Thank you, Dr. Telufusi
Matt Adam: I recently moved to Houston and needed to find a new primary care physician. One of my work colleagues recommended Dr. Duarte to me. I am grateful for the recommendation. I had my first appointment with Dr. Duarte this week. I was impressed with the ease and thoroughness of their new patient setup. His office staff was extremely efficient and professional. Their automated processes also impressed too as my prescription refill requests were confirmed by my local pharmacy before I left the doctors office.

chernika lipscomb: I have been a patient here for two weeks and my experience here has been phenomenal. My care team has been making sure I have everything I need. My wound care nurse Courtney made sure my wound was clean daily to be sure that it didnt become infected again. The supervisors here are also making sure the nurses are doing what theyre supposed to be doing and the nurses, for the most part, was very friendly and efficient. The staff here are friendly and attentive. I recommend this place and I give it a solid 9/10.
P.S Special thanks to my nurses Ms Lenora, Ms Jasmine, and Ms Beverly who were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed.
