Im disappointed with the office manager and the administration for not doing their job properly with a follow-up phone call or adequately providing the info I have waited months on and asked repeatedly for. I had to go into the office to get the answer that they cant provide me with the insurance info I needed to get reimbursed for paying cash out of pocket for services they rendered. Customer Service is everything in business ladies. If you dont provide it with excellence you will lose customers or clients.

Her exams are through and if she feels theres any doubt in her mind she will order test and refer you to a specialist. Her staff is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and profesional. They always return your calls and do what they say they will do. I am very satisfied with this office. It is also immaculate. They take all the covid precautions. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great doctor who cares.

Hannah Dr. Bianca Persaud is the best PCP Ive ever had. Truly, I mean that from the bottom of my heart and soul. I feel both respected and heard from her. She explains my conditions so thoroughly and completely in a very detailed manner. She always appears joyous as well, I often see her smiling. She is a genuine doctor who is extremely knowledgeable and demonstrates true empathy for her patients. I can feel her sincerity. When I explain myself, she listens to me. She doesnt cut me off. Also, another fact I find remarkable about her is she remembers all the prior conversations we had. Which I imagine for a doctor who is regularly seeing many patients every day that would be considerably hard to keep track of. She has an extraordinary memory. She is what I would consider a safe space doctor. I feel as though you can freely explain yourself without judgement. I love having her as my doctor I feel comfortable and at ease with her. Shes a phenomenal doctor overall.

Captain Dr Gonzales is a patient listener. Professional in patient care. Conservative in approach. Thorough as a diagnostician. Personable, professional, easy to communicate with. Plus, I found her to be personally approachable and friendly. Her nursing staff were excellent as well. Overall a great experience with a competent, friendly and professional group of medical professionals.

Maribel Perez I had the worse doctors appointment yesterday with Dr. Cecilia Lowder. I went in to check my thyroid levels because my Endo did not take my new insurance. I showed her my last blood work and based on that she told me I was fine that I didnt have anything. She did not let me explain that my TSH, T4 and T3 levels have been in range but my antibodies have been elevated and that is what my Endo had been monitoring and at one point I was taking thyroid meds. I also took a lab order that I was supposed to get done before my next appointment with my Endo. So I asked her if she could check those levels and she told me no, that I did not need to check those levels, that it was not necessary. She did not even want to check my CBC and Comprehensive Metabolic Panel which are basic tests and were also on the lab order I showed her. Like what????? I also went in for tingling in my hands and she asked if the tingling wakes me up at night, before I could even answer she told me "It is probably carpal tunnel syndrome". How can you diagnose me when you dont even let me explain my symptoms. I even took paper work from my ER visit due to the tingling and she didnt even bother to look at it. She was so dismissive and did not help AT ALL.

Lisa Lyric Im so happy with my visit! I went today because I could tell I had an ear infection, I dont have insurance and I knew they were reasonably priced. I also knew they predominantly spoke Spanish and I only know English...it was a lady at the desk and a lady Dr and both did great at using the English they knew and when we couldnt understand each other, they used a translator on their phone. It worked just fine! They were super sweet. I got a couple shots and they called my prescriptions in...couldnt have asked for a better visit.

Andrea Orozco I recommend this clinic 1000%. Just by consulting me, the doctor knew about my problem and prescribed medications that helped me heal. Very professional since they explained the treatment and the cost to me. (there was no hidden fees like other clinic) and the consultation was $20 dollar. Good prices for people without insurance! The nurse was very sweet and she was always helping. I would definitely go back.

Nancy Garcia Getting pregnant after 15 years was definitely a terrifying exciting moment for me, but every single person at this practice has made me feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for. They all have taken the time to answer my millions of questions and have been so knowledgeable and patient with me. My husband has attended most visits with me and he as a male says that he loves how comfortable and clear our Doctor (Adriana Ocon) is with us. She involves him in the conversations and even encourages him to take pictures and record our ultrasounds. The practice is always clean and I love how they don’t allow kids because it actually makes the atmosphere more peaceful and at that moment you get to enjoy a little peace and rest and just focus on your health..even for just a few moments. Our Dr and her assistant are just amazing and a great team, I feel 100% safe in their hands. Definitely have recommended them to people I know and will continue to do so. Evelyn Flores I being this place before and it was great customer service but today the lady front has bad attitude second i suppose to do blood work and the doctor wouldnt just do what my referral was asking for he wanted to add more exams and argue back and forward he wouldnt just do what my surgeon referred was asking for so I walked away is not worth the headache why not just do what the referral was asking for .

Beauty Techniques They are open 7 days a week. Very convenient! Took my husband in because he had been so sick for 3 days. The staff is very nice and helpful. He was given an IV treatment and a couple of shots. He is feeling 110% better! Definitely recommend.
