Towanna Lowe This place has POOR communication skills. I’ve been hospitalized several times AFTER the gastric sleeve. Complication after Complication.Reached out to Ordonez to no avail! Deanna, the lady up front is rude! They don’t return your calls, and lies about contacting your insurance company, you MUST go behind them and do the work. I feel ignored, and pushed to the side. Can’t believe I did the commercial this office asked me to participate in, Dr Ordonez wouldn’t even stand close to me for pics, but hugged on the Hispanic male that was there for the commercial as well, I have the pictures as proof. I’ve told so many people about this place, and sent him a lot of business. His bedside manner sucks AFTER he takes your money, he WILL NOT come to the hospital and follow up with you, always sends another Dr on his behalf. Office manager Yolanda started out great, keeping in touch, making you aware of your next step etc. Now I can’t get her on the phone. You must call and call to get her, then she texted me on my personal phone to tell me my claim was denied!!! Unprofessional at its best! Don’t use this group. Trust me once they get your money, mess you up in surgery, they are done with you. Ordonez did a Bravo placement on me, and burned my throat, now I have an ulcer. Haven’t seen this man since July, when he made me aware I had no other choice but to have a bypass due to all the air/gas. Well my family is WELL AWARE of what I’ve been going through with this clinic, and if something should happen to me, well, let’s just say they have all medical records

Tonya Patterson I had gastric bypass surgery October of 2021, done by Dr. Ordonez. Let me tell you about my experience. I have never in my life had such a wonderful doctor treat me just like family. He took his time with every appointment, answered every question, no matter how small. Dr. Ordonez took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. After my surgery, I was given the 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ treatment by the staff at Baptist Hospital. Every need was met instantly and I would not trade it for the world. Dr. Ordonez staff called me every day to check on my status and pain. Without Dr. Ordonez and his staff and the treatment I received, I would not have lost 70lbs in 6 months with only 25 more to go. Dr. Ordonez and his office are top notch all the way. Thank you DG SURGERY &DR. ORDONEZ

Patti Adams I met Dr. Clarke a few weeks ago when my husband was referred to him for a potential hip replacement. Upon meeting him I knew he was a very good fit for my husband’s needs. He answered all our pre-surgery and post-surgery questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He visited my husband in the hospital twice and even personally called him to ensure he was still feeling well. He is friendly, personable, very knowledgeable, caring, and the best doctor I have encountered since my childhood. This was during a time when doctors made house calls, called you personally on the phone, and seem to care more about their patient than themselves. This level of care is not only highly appreciated but also extremely rare in this day and time. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Clarke. If you are ever in need of a phenomenal (and I do not throw that word around loosely) orthopedic specialist, go see Dr. Burnet Todd Clarke. I highly recommend him.

Joy Danna My first visit to Beaumont Bone & Joint and I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family. It was like a well-oiled machine and I was in and out in under an hour (including x-rays). Dr. Kramer was kind and thorough when explaining my options.

Lacey Munson Normally I would rate this place a 5. But today my 2 yr old son and I waited in a room for over an hour to be seen by the dr... of course my son will start screaming cause he likes to be active and now they have put all the other patients ahead of my son and we are still waiting..... Im so beyond aggravated!!!!!!!!!!!

Michael Gardner I have been going here for 3 plus years and never had a problem until my monthly appointment 9/25/2024. I see Dr mark and everything was going fine until he says I had picked my medication on a certain date and I told him that was wrong I picked it up on the 28 Aug. he told me I had picked it up on the 9/7 and I showed him the bottle then he left the room to call them. I went through my medication bag because my daughters pick my other medication up and put it in my bag. I picked up a bottle that was suppose to be my cholesterol medication my daughter had picked up but it was another bottle of the pain medication that was filled twice but the pharmacy should had never filled it because they could see I had already picked it up on the 28th but they filled it again anyway. I showed him the bottle that was still full because I never used it because I still had cholesterol medication left from another fill not knowing it was the pain medication. I was called shady and deceitful and I have never lied and told him being deceitful would have been taking both pain medications. I have never been called a liar being a retired army officer this was was ridiculous that Dr mark was saying this after I told him what had happened but putting the blame on me and not the pharmacy that wasn’t suppose to do this in the first place. So I was asked to leave and that they would not see me anymore. That was it and I left the had nothing to say to me in what to do about medication I have been taking for more than 3 years and the dangers of stopping the medication without medical supervision nothing just asked to leave.

C Blanton Dr Jones and his employees are so up beat. Hes got a wonderful bedside manner, listens while assessing!! You discuss your care plan together and decide together. Hes the best thing since sliced bread to me. Heard so many good things about him, and they are all true! If you have a need for his services, go to him. Hes the best in the Golden Triangle.

Brent Anderson Dr. David Parkus never gave us the time of day to visit with us and made decisions about our health care plan without any consultation. Post concussion symptoms were ignored and medications were cut just due to protocol and not patient needs. What makes it worse was the fact that his patient was an RN at his hospital and was treated just as disrespectful as someone off the street... No loyalty

Alexandra Brown New patient here and I will say I was very nervous as I had my same provider in East Texas for 10 years but cant drive 3 hours for appts. Jessica Black is awesome and so is her assistant. I was able to get a Saturday appt which I was so happy about as I work until 7 pm during the week. Both Mrs Black and her assistant were very kind. Even after everything came back, it was fully explained to me. I will definitely stick to them for as long as Im in Beaumont.

Maritza Rodriguez Worst place to go even I definitely would not recommend. The check in and check out is extremely long for no reason and the nurses are really rude specially marisela. They had me wait for way too long and even the people that got there after me left and new people came. They have like 6 windows and yet all the nurses are just sitting down and not getting people checked in or out. It’s honestly just ridiculous. I will never be going back there.

Kaley Dionne All the 5 stars have to be fake, there’s no way this place deserves such a high rating. This is my second appointment here and I’ve been waiting an hour like the first appointment to see an OBGYN. They switched my OB as well, there’s no structure. It’s such a mess and very unprofessional. The first time I came in here there was dried blood dripping from the needle box and it looked like someone bit there fingernails and spit them everywhere out on the floor. Not clean at all. So disappointing.

Noemi P As for as the obgyn doctor I give her a 10 out of 10. Doctor Peace Nwegbo-Banks was by far the best obgyn doctor I’ve had. She explained everything she was doing to me during my women’s wellness exam. She was very nice & answered all my questions. I did not feel judged by her at any moment. Unfortunately, the way legacy runs as a system is very unprofessional. They changed my appointment date twice. The last time it was changed, they literally called me 30 minutes before my appointment time to cancel and reschedule.

Jeanne Challie Ener I was getting frustrated going back and forth between my doctors on a medical issue, so I sought help from Dr. Humble! I didnt know him, but he asked a lot of medical questions about my body and issues, then said he could help me! The problem was that I had scar tissue from previous surgeries causing blockage in my intestine! Dr. Humble cut the scar tissue out, then I healed quickly and my problem was resolved! I hope I never need another surgery, but if I do, Im going to him!

Tilena Fountain I had an unexpected event that resulted in 2 emergency surgeries and Dr. Humble was the surgeon on call. He came in and spent time explaining my condition to me in detail what course of action that needed to be done to resolve my problem. He was nothing less than compassionate and never made me feel like any of my concerns were invalid. I had a great experience (considering what I was dealing with) and could not have asked for a better surgeon. I will recommend him to anyone I know and will always be grateful for what he did for me!

Brandon Tillery Dr. In has been my Dr. Going on 2 years, he is a great Dr. Incredibly intelligent. He has sat with me mamy times and listened to all my concerns. He only prescribes my prescriptions needed and helps me in more natural ways to stay healthy. His staff is the best and I love them. Keep up the outstanding work! I wish there were more like you, it wouldnt be so hard to find a good Dr! Thank you

Jim Bob Throw the whole practice in the trash! Poor scheduling, poor service, and a Dr that didnt take her patients issue seriously. My spouse showed up on time for her Thursday 3pm appointment, and didnt get called back into a screening room until 4pm....then finally got to see the Dr at 5pm. Was told they would call in a prescription that day but failed to do so. Friday....no script. Saturday...nothing. Monday....still nothing. I called to try and get the ball rolling over there....and the excuse was that because the Internet was down. Im sure everyone in that office owns a cell phone. I have zero empathy for lazy people while on the clock. WAKE UP and Do Your Job!
