1 /5 Jim Bob: Throw the whole practice in the trash! Poor scheduling, poor service, and a Dr that didnt take her patients issue seriously. My spouse showed up on time for her Thursday 3pm appointment, and didnt get called back into a screening room until 4pm....then finally got to see the Dr at 5pm. Was told they would call in a prescription that day but failed to do so. Friday....no script. Saturday...nothing. Monday....still nothing. I called to try and get the ball rolling over there....and the excuse was that because the Internet was down. Im sure everyone in that office owns a cell phone. I have zero empathy for lazy people while on the clock. WAKE UP and Do Your Job!

1 /5 Sheronda Lee: This is by far the worst clinic in Texas! They over schedule patients and refuse to release medical records after failing to provide the best medical care. I used PTO for an appointment scheduled for 2:10pm and didn’t get seen until after 5pm. When I did finally see the doctor it was for less than five minutes and my concerns were not addressed. I then experienced the dreadful wait again (yes I went back because I was desperate for answers with what’s going on with my body) and that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Now that I have decided to switch doctor’s to get the proper care that I deserve they refuse to release my medical records. I used PTO to go in and fill out a release but my records were never received by the new clinic. I submitted an online inquiry regarding the matter and was told that a form was not on file for me. I know exactly what happened to my form..the front desk lady, Ashley, didn’t like the reason I wrote to switch providers and trashed my documents. Then Kayla called me all matter of factly saying I didn’t have a release on file. I’m not using anymore PTO dealing with these people, it’s too stressful. I am instead filing a complaint with medical board and will be sharing my horrible experience on every platform possible so that people will think twice before going to this clinic. Run, ladies, run!

2 /5 R: I really like the doctors and nurses here. Not sure what’s going on with the office staff. I’ve been waiting for my nipt results simce 1/2 and It’s now 1/27 and natera still doesn’t have my sample. I’ve called probably close to 12 times and never have been helped. Just sent to nurses desk to leave a message only to be called back once, on 1/24 and I unfortunately missed it.Ive been calling for three weeks!!!Now it’s back to square one, leave a message at the nurses desk. Extremely frustrating

brittany voorhies: do not recommend to anyone who expects answers for their loved one. absolutely no communication, nurses don’t know anything when you ask questions, and they let your family member lay in a bed and get UTI’s, pneumonia, and anything else that could go wrong. they don’t care about you or your worry for your family member. they just ridicule you, judge you for taking up for you loved one, and laugh at you. night shift does absolutely nothing but walk around on FaceTime all night. just overall terrible.

It’s been a long ordeal, but if not for her and the care he received I don’t know where we would be. I would recommend her to anyone. Many thanks from the wife of a husband who had the worst gallbladder in history. Anyone who needs a general surgeon Dr. Torres is it! I also want to say her staff is great. Sherrie Spence: The nurse is horrible. I am having surgery and she is extremely rude and unprofessional and for no reason. She told me to “listen” when I was trying to ask an important question and gain clarity. Her attitude is horrible and has been with every interaction. Dr. Waddell and the other staff are very nice but that lady needs to find another profession. She seems to hate her job. I’m curious how many patients have left because of her. I’m having surgery in a few days and still don’t have what I need. Surgery to prevent cancer that is. Unreal.

But oh boy, the nurse in the back was a real gem of rudeness, and the doctor? Lets just say he deserves a medal for misdiagnosing me after I had already played the kidney stone game twice at home before my ER visit. He confidently declared it was just interstitial cystitis—fancy talk for bladder inflammation—despite the fact that my bladder was as quiet as a library. The real drama was happening in my right kidney and flank. I only ventured to the ER after my kidney stone escapades to ensure there weren’t any surprise guests lurking around. I’ve been down this kidney stone road before and know the symptoms like the back of my hand. As a type 1 diabetic with a pancreas transplant, you’d think the doctor might have shown a smidge of curiosity about my medications or medical history. But no, that would be too easy! In my 35 years as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I’ve never encountered a doctor who skips over medications and past surgeries like they’re just boring trivia. I’ve had 12 surgeries, and let me tell you, kidney stones can turn into a real party crasher if you’re not careful. The doctor spent a whopping 3 minutes arguing that I didn’t have a kidney infection from two weeks ago, insisting it was just bladder inflammation. Apparently, my kidney pain was just a figment of my imagination. Listen, no one—including the ER doctor with his tiny man syndrome and god complex—can figure out my medical history in three minutes flat without asking a single question. I was never asked about my medications or why I take them. They just slapped a “bladder inflammation” label on me—brilliant, right? Yes, the CT scan revealed no more kidney stones, which is precisely why I showed up. The doctor claimed I’d be septic if I had a kidney stone. I’ve seen enough patients and family members over my 58 years to know that passing a kidney stone doesn’t always lead to septic drama. Even first-year residents and LVNs know to ask about medical history and medication reasons. Maybe these two need to experience a kidney stone themselves to truly grasp the pain and aftermath? Perhaps then they’d think twice before making a diagnosis. All I needed was a simple confirmation: no more kidney stones detected.

James T: This is where I got my cardiac clearance for my DOT MED card, Referred by the VAMC, through "Community Outreach". Authorization through my VA PCP doctor (Jiwana). This place is top-notch! My last visit here was June 14th, 15, and 16th. You know the drill I had to stop eating and drinking at midnight...to do everything on an empty stomach. Everyone in the office & receptionist area worked with me when I was on Schneider FMLA, follow-up cardiac appointment is coming soon. I will be posting their office hours on a business card in a picture... They are in the process of having a metal sign made with office hours. Both Dr. Margolis and Dr. Algrhrouz are very knowledgeable and intelligent in their field of cardiac and vein specialty. If you have or need to see a cardiac specialist these are the people to see or be referred to.

I know I owe .I pay on balance every time I go .This is the second time it has happened ! .I wish a Dr would go to receptionist repremend them in front of whole waiting room like they did to me .Drs say they are working on this but I have not seen improvement .just so you know its the receptionist in the middle at front window
