1 /5 Rice Ceretha “Queen”: Where do I start?! Yesterday, March 17,2022, I went to the Beaumont location off college to hand deliver a referral from my Dr. For a chest xray. The lady at the desk told me that it was several people waiting, they open at 7:30am & start taking patients at 8:00am. I told her that I would come back in the morning, which is today, 3/18/2022. Mind you I live maybe 30 minutes away and gas is high. I get there, around 8:30am, the lady at the desk tells me that the machine is down until 1:00pm. I then ask her if I can make an appointment because I dont want to keep making blank trips. I drive back to port Arthur. I called and spoke with someone at the port Arthur location and explained the situation to ger and told her I dont want to keep driving back to Beaumont. I then asked her is the xray machine there working? She told me yes! I asked her to look up my insurance information and tell me how much my copays is, she told me $25.00. I then asked her, do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in. She told me I can walk in. I drove there, literally within 8 minutes from talking to her. I go in give her my identification and insurance card, she told me to gave a seat. Within 40 seconds she called me back to the window and told me that the xray machine is down!! Mind you,I had just called and explained to her that, this is what the Beaumont location had justdid!!! These employees are soooooo incompetent, they dont have a clue of whats going on in their facility, & is causing the owner to lose a lot of money. Another thing is that I cant get a supervisor or anyone from corporate on the phone. This is horrible!!! Im not going to give up, Im going to try to contact the owner .
