Olivia Portillo This place is "always booked". The nurses and techs are very nice. I didnt get the nurses name , but she made my daughter feel very comfortable ! Peter was the ultrasound tech, and did great with my daughter as well for her echo. Definitely need to do better at the front desk, they never schedule your next appointment, they make you call a month ahead to see if theres any openings. Trash , do better.

Hau Pham Last week my son went to the hospital to have his heart checked. The pediatrician who examined my childs heart was very caring. The doctors and nurses were all enthusiastic in taking care of me. I am really assured because my childs health care is in the right place! I am very grateful for that!

Nina Collins I was referred to them through the VA Community Care. First they threw my paperwork away, not once, but twice. When the VA called they said I had to have an appointment before paperwork was sent. So, finally got an appointment that I had to make myself. Upon arriving 10 min early on the day of my appointment, I am turned away because I haven’t gotten my DL switched to Texas yet. Though I have an appointment with the DPS because they only do appointments there. Appointments that are scheduled 5 to 6 months out. So, I was refused service because I did everything I was supposed to do. Totally unsupportive of their Military Veterans that need to be seen. I wouldn’t suggest the VA or any other Veteran request to be seen there.

Teresa Thompson Dr.Singh has been very helpful for my Mom and Husband. Very thorough and can be reach at all hours. The staff is very friendly and reliable. My husband and Mother has been seeing Dr. Singh since 2016. He has two nurses Mrs. Yolanda and Mrs. Tina that has been with him for many many years. The office is always neat, never have to wait in the waiting room to be called to the back. Dr. Singh and his staff treat us like family.

Never have to wait to long to get to the back for triage and in a room. Dr. Singh has a sense of humor and treat his patients like family. I am very happy with the care I receive and highly recommend this office.

Tiffany Landry We never have a problem with our care there, the doctors and nurses are very nice. Keep that in mind their lunch break hours. Got their at 1 with my sick son to find out they take 1 1/2 hour lunch break and dont open again until 2:30 p.m.

Lisa Garcia Doctor is very nice and helpful. The ladies working at the window are very rude. I had filled out a form when I arrived and stated that the pharmacy I wanted to use was SandRdrugco and when I arrived to pick up my medication it was not ready. Called urgent care to see why and they had sent it to Walmart. Very unprofessional.

Heath Gilchriest I think that Terri Barnhart, and all of the staff are great people. Just like anyone, their calendar gets filled quickly, but that happens at every office. They always go over and above to take care of me, personally. The staff is very friendly, and great about reminding you of an appointment. Her staff is very friendly, and are very nice. When you walk through the door, they know you, and try to get you in as quick as possible. Terri really cares about her patients, and will talk to you about anything and answer your questions. You can definitely tell she actually cares, and listens to you. If you need a PCP in the a Jasper area, I would most certainly recommend them. I’ve read other reviews, and I don’t think some are accurate reflections of the support you are given there.

Jason Huffman Evidently a lot has changed since the last review 9 months ago. My wife loves her nurse practitioner but it takes more than one for a good team. It took 3 weeks to get a stat CAT scan scheduled because of staff issues (it wasnt the hospital doing the scan, we checked). When they did get the results they found issues than need fast attention and now we cant even get a referral for a G.I. doctor and all that takes is a phone call and a fax. Not happy at all.

Morgan Reese This hospital sucked, they waited 12 hours to give my son an iv, that’s all he needed as he was very dehydrated from throwing up. When asked questions they were rude and we sat away from the rest of the waiting area so I’m pretty sure they forgot about us. It was only until my husband threatened to leave did they help.

vicki castino We retired and moved to Rayburn Country. We needed a doctor. We made an appointment with Dr. Brown. We love him. He calls us after our visits and talks about our health. He called me three days in a row worried about my cholesterol. I am 67 years old and have never had a doctor care like Dr. Brown does! He does the same for my husband! I highly recommend him!

Ramona Bishop My experience with this facility has been. A very positive experience. The staff is always helpful. They do their best to get you in. As quickly as they can. Only had a bit of a wait time once. The doctors here Dr. Gilliland & Dr. Brown are good doctors. The nurses are pleasant & thorough as well. I am very pleased with my Doctor. Listens carefully & answers every question. Every need from doctors, nurses, front desk, x-rays & lab. I am thankful for the care I receive.

Jerry I’ve had good and bad experiences at this ER. A few weeks ago I came to the ER for shortness of breath. Within 5 min of arriving I went into cardiac arrest, the nurses and Dr performed CPR and were able to revive me. I was placed on a ventilator and transferred to a higher level of care. It’s the job of the small hospitals like this one to treat life threats, stabilize and transfer to appropriate facilities and that’s exactly what they did. I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for their life saving actions and the grace of God. I am forever grateful.

Cody Lambert This is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to. They refuse medical care in the er. They sit around doing nothing and insult their patients. I would not trust this hospital to work on a dead cat, let alone living people. I will be pursuing civil litigation.

Sandy Masters I have been bringing my mother in law to this clinic for 2 years now and honestly it has never been one to answer phone calls or even return calls. Dee Watson was her np and was very compassionate and would call to see on my mil after she tested positive for covid once. But since having to see a different np my mils follow up appointments are nothing short of a half a days wait. We will be finding another pcp that actually cares about their patients and their time as well.

Kristen Keiffer Im so disappointed in this practice. They were great at one time but the quality of service has continued to go down. If your sick or need to get in ASAP look for your appointment to be maybe 3-4 weeks away. Thats IF they answer the phones. Need a referral to se a specialist? Good luck! Those take weeks if not months. Finally switched PCP into a new facility and Complete Healthcare takes weeks into over a month to release medical records to even been seen by a new provider. I know over a dozen people at this very moment in search of a new practice. I just dont know what has happened.

Jim Ballard Would not take my child here again and you should either youve been warned. Took my 1yr old in for what I knew was a hernia but according to them everything was fine. Took him to Texas Childrens Hospital come to find out he does have a hernia? What incompetence, feel bad for people here in Jasper this is what their dealing with people acting like their doctors. What abunch of quacks!!!
