1 /5 Jim Ballard: Would not take my child here again and you should either youve been warned. Took my 1yr old in for what I knew was a hernia but according to them everything was fine. Took him to Texas Childrens Hospital come to find out he does have a hernia? What incompetence, feel bad for people here in Jasper this is what their dealing with people acting like their doctors. What abunch of quacks!!!

I was able to get a same day appointment and the care given was speedy, yet thorough. I am very satisfied with the convenience of their new PCP.

Jerry: I’ve had good and bad experiences at this ER. A few weeks ago I came to the ER for shortness of breath. Within 5 min of arriving I went into cardiac arrest, the nurses and Dr performed CPR and were able to revive me. I was placed on a ventilator and transferred to a higher level of care. It’s the job of the small hospitals like this one to treat life threats, stabilize and transfer to appropriate facilities and that’s exactly what they did. I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for their life saving actions and the grace of God. I am forever grateful.

Tiffany Landry: We never have a problem with our care there, the doctors and nurses are very nice. Keep that in mind their lunch break hours. Got their at 1 with my sick son to find out they take 1 1/2 hour lunch break and dont open again until 2:30 p.m.

Heath Gilchriest: I think that Terri Barnhart, and all of the staff are great people. Just like anyone, their calendar gets filled quickly, but that happens at every office. They always go over and above to take care of me, personally. The staff is very friendly, and great about reminding you of an appointment. Her staff is very friendly, and are very nice. When you walk through the door, they know you, and try to get you in as quick as possible. Terri really cares about her patients, and will talk to you about anything and answer your questions. You can definitely tell she actually cares, and listens to you. If you need a PCP in the a Jasper area, I would most certainly recommend them. I’ve read other reviews, and I don’t think some are accurate reflections of the support you are given there.

He called me three days in a row worried about my cholesterol. I am 67 years old and have never had a doctor care like Dr. Brown does! He does the same for my husband! I highly recommend him!

Olivia Portillo: This place is "always booked". The nurses and techs are very nice. I didnt get the nurses name , but she made my daughter feel very comfortable ! Peter was the ultrasound tech, and did great with my daughter as well for her echo. Definitely need to do better at the front desk, they never schedule your next appointment, they make you call a month ahead to see if theres any openings. Trash , do better.
