1 /5 Stephanie Valentino: One star is too high for this office. This office is awful...I went in for an initial visit with no procedures done and was charged my 40 copay. Over a month later I was charged a facility fee that I was unaware of until after the fact of 150 thru christus. The office manager was rude and wants to blame christus and christus blames the doctor. They say its posted that you may be charged....YOU WILL BE CHARGED UNKNOWINGLY! Shame on them!

Breanna Geiger: Check in desk and customer service is the worst! They should not be serving our veterans! It makes me sick to think that our veterans receive treatment from these people who think they are better. The doctors are confused and their nurses do everything for them. They go in circles, nobody can figure anything out. You can fill out 3 complaints a day and nobody will see them or cares. I just filled one out today and the front desk lady just left it laying there, even with my personal info on it. I didnt say anything, every patient deserves to read what I wrote! It is despicable.

Michael Gardner: I have been going here for 3 plus years and never had a problem until my monthly appointment 9/25/2024. I see Dr mark and everything was going fine until he says I had picked my medication on a certain date and I told him that was wrong I picked it up on the 28 Aug. he told me I had picked it up on the 9/7 and I showed him the bottle then he left the room to call them. I went through my medication bag because my daughters pick my other medication up and put it in my bag. I picked up a bottle that was suppose to be my cholesterol medication my daughter had picked up but it was another bottle of the pain medication that was filled twice but the pharmacy should had never filled it because they could see I had already picked it up on the 28th but they filled it again anyway. I showed him the bottle that was still full because I never used it because I still had cholesterol medication left from another fill not knowing it was the pain medication. I was called shady and deceitful and I have never lied and told him being deceitful would have been taking both pain medications. I have never been called a liar being a retired army officer this was was ridiculous that Dr mark was saying this after I told him what had happened but putting the blame on me and not the pharmacy that wasn’t suppose to do this in the first place. So I was asked to leave and that they would not see me anymore. That was it and I left the had nothing to say to me in what to do about medication I have been taking for more than 3 years and the dangers of stopping the medication without medical supervision nothing just asked to leave.

Brianna Biggs: I was a little scared to come here from all the other reviews but I’m so glad I did. All through my pregnancy the staff here have been amazing. Ms. Natalie Wilson was the best. She would always take her time during each one of my visits to answer any questions me or my husband had. I had a scheduled C-Section a couple days ago and she even took time out of her day to come to the operating room and stand by me while I got my C-Section. You can definitely tell they really care about their patients here. Dr Wengroff did my procedure and he did absolutely amazing! I loved his personality and he’s just such an easy doctor to get along with.

Kaley Dionne: All the 5 stars have to be fake, there’s no way this place deserves such a high rating. This is my second appointment here and I’ve been waiting an hour like the first appointment to see an OBGYN. They switched my OB as well, there’s no structure. It’s such a mess and very unprofessional. The first time I came in here there was dried blood dripping from the needle box and it looked like someone bit there fingernails and spit them everywhere out on the floor. Not clean at all. So disappointing.

Janie Trahan: Came here a handful of times and just went in the other day because I was having some concerns. Karen was very rude, made me feel stupid, did not listen to anything I had to say. She was very loud and made me cry. I have never been treated that way. I paid a $50 copay for nothing because she didn’t do any tests or anything. Just told me there was nothing wrong with me, so now I need to find another doctor that will listen to my concerns. Her poor assistant was very sweet though and so was the case manager.

Lady Deana Lewis: Dr. Lo did an SI fusion and put two pins through my hip. My pain got worse and finally went to a doctor in Houston. He did imaging and discovered that one pin was too far outside of my hip and the other was through my L5 nerve. I’m now in a wheelchair and go through almost unbearable pain and scream and cry everyday. Please go to the Fondren group in Houston. They are amazing!!

Post concussion symptoms were ignored and medications were cut just due to protocol and not patient needs.
