1 /5 Sandy Masters: I have been bringing my mother in law to this clinic for 2 years now and honestly it has never been one to answer phone calls or even return calls. Dee Watson was her np and was very compassionate and would call to see on my mil after she tested positive for covid once. But since having to see a different np my mils follow up appointments are nothing short of a half a days wait. We will be finding another pcp that actually cares about their patients and their time as well.

1 /5 Kristen Keiffer: Im so disappointed in this practice. They were great at one time but the quality of service has continued to go down. If your sick or need to get in ASAP look for your appointment to be maybe 3-4 weeks away. Thats IF they answer the phones. Need a referral to se a specialist? Good luck! Those take weeks if not months. Finally switched PCP into a new facility and Complete Healthcare takes weeks into over a month to release medical records to even been seen by a new provider. I know over a dozen people at this very moment in search of a new practice. I just dont know what has happened.

1 /5 Crisjen Rhodes: For many many years the jasper clinic has never answered the phone unless you are calling to make an appointment. Any calls to a specific doctor or staff member would not be answered, and if you left a voice mail as prompted they would not return calls. Now they often do not answer the phone to even make an appointment. It does not matter if you show up to that appointment early, schedule it for a not busy time, if you are one of the only patients in the building....you will wait in a room for an hour or two to see any doctor. They hardly have any doctors on staff these days, no one seems to stay. It has overall steadily gone down in quality ever since the jasper hospital closed to be ER only.

1 /5 Mike Richardson: I’ve been a patient of dr Gilliland’s for a long time. They used to be respectable but I feel my last visit was a rip-off to my insurance company. Went in to do a check up to make sure I was healthy enough to take a prescription for male health pills. Dr brown did a check up then informed me they would need to do bloodwork for labs. Mind you, I’m not sick, not requesting a diagnosis. This is a continuation of medicine I’ve taken for years. Simple test in the office should suffice. That’s all the different P.A.’s have done previously. But no… I get a bill where insurance was charged $1355.00 and I still have my 20% due. That’s not much, really but come on…. Just gouging the insurance companies if you ask me. Needless to say I’ll be changing doctors real soon
