1 /5 Lee A. Archer: Two hour and fifteen minute wait in an examination room for a scheduled appointment. After driving in from out of town and arriving early to complete paperwork, I was in that office for three hours before I saw the doctor, two hours and 15 minutes of which was in an examination room, with no examinations occurring in the other rooms. Deafening silence, no offer of water, no valid explanation and no apology. Appalling customer service, cannot recommend.
