Arkansas Heart Hospital Clinic - Texarkana (TX)

2 /5 C S: I am a patient at this clinic. In the beginning, I couldnt say enough about them. But recently things seemed to have changed, and not for the better. I had a scheduled appointment from six (6)months ago, and all of a sudden my appointment was changed without my knowledge. The only thing I can say now is to not take your current patients for granted, just because youre getting new patients.

5 /5 Mia Ayers: Today was my first appointment and I was completely freaked out about it thinking about heart issues. Once I got to the back my anxiety was out of control and I had to leave and reschedule but Amber Jurek came in and was so nice, completely understanding, comforting, and patient with me. I would definitely go here when it comes to something so important as your heart. Great staff, most definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1 /5 bird on a wire: If you’re special needs, they’ll humiliate you. I couldn’t get out of there quickly enough. Something to consider.

5 /5 Salena Ford: The front-end staff has been polite, and Courtney Riddle, APRN, has been fantastic and took her time, answering question we had. We are impressed with the service here, so far.

1 /5 Michael Mick: Over schedule terrible wait time... plan at least a 2 hr wait in waiting room and over a hour to see a dr... don’t care about patients ... just like most drs they want the money!!! Don’t schedule a apt for 1:30 and tell us to get here early if your just going to make us sit around forever
