Chelsea Sword I took my 11 year old here today for the first time, and I was so impressed! We had the sweetest stylist McKenzie. The salon was absolutely beautiful and clean. My daughter loved her cut and style, and the prices were incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend!

Ashley Burney Brandy and her team at Backlash are the best!! So many services offered and they never disappoint, would highly recommend!!

Malorie Padron An awesome group of women work here! Ive only had my hair colored 3 times. Brandie is my go to! But this last time it was last min and Audra had an opening! She did a great job. Im so very happy with my hair. And I know it was probably a pain in the butt. Lol

Selena Hobaugh Got a perm my hair got fried got my lashes done had to have them fix them the next day and then had to go get them off had so much glue on them it irritated my eyes my eye lids was soooo red and messed up the lady that removed them just kept saying omg while she was removing them coz they was done so bad I went back to the shop and tell them I wasnt happy and they didnt seem to care to much but id done payed the 200 and they made there money I will not be back to this shop

Bonnie Rogers She was amazing! She did a fantastic job with the cut in both mine and my nieces hair, and on my color. She was extremely sweet. I will definitely recommend and come again!

Timothy Perkins BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): friendly barber and a great haircut. Every time I go in Im not surprised that I have to wait. Apparently Im not the only one who thinks the haircuts there are fantastic! The wait isnt bad because there is usually something interesting playing on the televisions mounted to the wall. The barber makes sure to take time to figure out exactly what the customer wants and then executes the haircut to perfection! As long as he keeps making me look good, Ill keep going back.

Frank Snyder Mike Briley gives great haircuts and is a nice person. I called the barber shop numerous times on different days and they never answered my calls.I finally went in for a haircut; Mike B. was not there. I allowed a younger barber, also named Mike, to cut my hair. I told him I had called the shop numerous time and he said they must have thought I was a spam call. I told him I had called Mike B.’s number before so my number was in his phone. The younger Mike was being very rough with the comb on my head and I told I’m so and asked that he be more gentle on my head. at that point, the younger Mike TOLD ME I COULD LEAVE! I immediately got out of the barber chair and left with an incomplete haircut. After I got in my car, I texted Mike Briley and stated that I wanted to discuss the horrible experience just had with the younger Mike. I also left a Facebook message using Messenger. Mike Briley never contacted me. I will not use this barber shop again.

Tori Nannie They broke a little boys heart by not listening to what haircut he wanted even though they were told twice. Barber just buzzed it off.

Scott Sutton I was in town on a business trip and needed a quick haircut. I found this place with Google and was very happy with the results. I got a cut from Mike, whos been cutting hair for 58 years. Not only was he able to tell all about the town, but he also gave me a great straight razor clean-up on my beard. Great place and people!

Goatman 33 I was in town for a wedding and badly needed a haircut. I walked in early Saturday morning and met Young Mike. I asked him to follow up my previous cut and trim my beard. Mike did an awesome job on both my head and beard and I would highly recommend him for anyone with a beard. Anytime I am in town, I will swing by again.

Susie Cadena Christina was the best. She was so sweet and very helpful. She knew exactly what I wanted and did exactly what I asked. I loved her dog running around. And the dog was a plus to the atmosphere. I will be coming back. You should try it out.

Kenna Standridge My nails turned out ok, and I guess the price was reasonable, but a few events occurred and I probably wont be going back. Just moved to the area so I was looking for a new nail place, and this one was comparable to my old one on the price, but the overall experience was less than. They didnt have the dip color I wanted so I had to do gel. The glitter on top of my ring fingers has been peeling from day one. The nail tech cut my cuticle with her drill. It stung, but I didnt get an infection, so thats a positive, I guess... One thing I WILL say is that the owner/nail tech is very very nice & she was welcoming to me as a first time client. **The attached photo is after 2 weeks of growth. **Ill also attach the inspo I showed the tech. (Square tips is inspo, almond tips are my nails)

Jeremiah Barth Shitty haircut would not go there. overpriced, and do not ask them to cut with scissors because they have no clue how to cut with them.

cherrywaves 2 My daughter got a huge transformation done here the other day and she really loves it. I work ALOT and there are not many salons open on Sunday when I could take her so it was amazing to find a place that allowed walk ins and was open Sunday and could do a huge change like this. One salon I called actually said they "didnt prefer" to do big changes on people younger than 18. I do understand that younger people might freak out more if they dont like it but when we told the lady at great clips she just asked if she was sure and then did the cut in like 15 min. I had planned on getting frozen yogurt (since sweet frogs is right next door)and watching a movie on my phone with my young daughter but before we even got done at sweet frog they were done with her hair. It was awesome. They also have her alot of tips on ways to style it since it was new to her so that was very helpful.

Brian Straight forward cut, close to home. Style is saved into the system to get similar results each time. Stylists have always been caring and thoughtful, tasteful music, and good at time keeping. Always a relaxing experience.

Megan Parker I got my hair cut last Thursday, I had about 5 inches taken off and then long layers added in. I usually wear my hair up and I straightened it on Saturday morning and realized that the layers she had done were SUPER choppy, it looked like Edward scissor hands just chopped away at the bottom few inches of my hair. I went back in today to have someone blend my layers in and fix it up, the women who helped me barely spoke English, another stylist was trying to explain to her what to do, and then after 5 minutes of getting my hair and face sprayed with water, she combs up a section of my hair and says, you have no layers, to fix anything Ill have to cut all of your hair an inch shorter. I walked out after that and wont ever be back.

Renee Velez I went to have micro blazing by Lisa and in horrible service payed 175 for something that the outcome was worst then it was she attended to fix then twice in 1 day after they healed I informed her that they werent anywhere close to be similar in size or shape she said that they were probably fur to them fading and that if I wanted to go to my touch up appointment I could I told her that I didnt not want to go to that appointment so she could attempted to fix them for the third time every unhappy with they service

James Beach I have used this Pro Cuts for a number of years. The manager and other employees are very friendly and hospitable. Their prices are some of the lowest in town. When you go in you can be next in line or you can request a specific stylist. My favorite at this time is a young lady named Kyrie. Give her a try if you happen to stop in.

Natalie Estrada Michelle is the best. She cuts 3 of my boys hair and leaves it great.

Tiffany Spitzer They cut my husband hair did a really good job and the lady were very friendly

Rob Tiffany (Drob) I called to see if I could come in the same day and they said yes after 6pm I showed up 10 minutes before 6 and they said they couldnt do it I thought ok fine I should have made an appointment anyway so thats on me but then the stylist tried to schedule an appointment and asked me what I needed done. She assumed a trim and when I said a cut she looked at me like oh really (because I have very thin hair due to a medical condition that I am now in treatment for but also my hair was put up in a bun so I guess she can just see everything) after that I already felt horrible just being there. I made the appointment to not be rude but will definitely never go back in there after that incredible horrible customer service and they may be great at hair but I dont think ill ever be back.

Lauren Sierra I am very, very finicky when it comes to my hair and who touches it and when I stumbled upon Johna I could not have been happier. Shes very knowledgeable in her craft and shes so good at what she does. I will never go anywhere else. If I were to move away or if she were to I would literally travel to go to her because shes that good. I adore her and I appreciate that we can sit comfortably in silence but also we speak and have spoken as if we were old friends from the beginning. My hair is beautiful because of her and Ive never felt this confident in my life. I cant thank her enough or sing her praises enough.

Debbie Perez Johna is my hero! I had thinning hair and I had tried everything to make my hair grow. I had all but given up when I contacted her to see if she could help me. She told me all of my options as far as extensions and hair toppers. She answered all my questions and was very kind and compassionate because I was very self conscious about my situation. Very professional and will work with you to achieve what you want! Shes the best!

John Hall Still getting notices from her after a year... Wish she would leave us alone. We dropped her service and gave a full refund due to her harassment of our staff. Says all bad reviews are defamation and threatens law suite over bad review, lol. Thats not how that works. She also left a review for herself as "Southern Blonde" since she has so many negative reviews. She also has went on my company page and left reviews with false complaints and information under 3 different accounts trying to hurt us, a small business. She should worry about doing a good job instead of me, then maybe she can get some honest good reviews on here. Hope you get help! Good Luck!

Melanie Edwards Place has gone down hill. Most of the females working there look&act like they hate their job. i thought in order to work in certain establishments, it would be a plus to actually know about the products being sold. You ask a question and its "i dont know".When looking for women of color products my friend was told "look in mount pleasant" hmmm ok

Alex Lopez I recently went there to see all the new products bc i have not been in a while. and i was very disappointed and will not be back. im walking into a retail store with no customer service the whole time me and my family were there. the employee was obviously watching through the aisles at us like we were stealing. and when we were checked out at the register they gave no awareness on there policy change. they just wanted our transaction to make there numbers for the day. will not miss shopping at sally beauty and will be sharing my experience will all my beauty people.

Emily Calhoun I drove by thinking they were closed because the window tint is so dark. They need to have an illuminating ‘open’ sign instead of a small chalkboard at the door. In fact, it was so small that I parked right in front of it and still couldn’t see the hours that was listed. Two young girls were working and not one of them greeted or looked happy to be there. When I went to go check out, the girl asked me to put in my number for my rewards, which I did, and told me to check it over and see if everything was correct. My address was not correct on it, so I answered no on the machine. She looked at me and said, “what’s the problem?” That’s when I told her the address was incorrect and she told me that she wasn’t going to change it unless I signed up for a credit card. That was the only interaction that I had and even then that young lady made me feel like I was too much of a bother for her. I’ll try to stay out of the store from here on out.
