His kindness and compassion immediately put me at ease, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I didnt have to wait long before seeing him. Dr. Bookers exceptional care and professionalism made him the best doctor Ive ever encountered.
Wanda Gerber: The whole staff was wonderful. I have no complaints. They were very attentive to me. therapy staff at post acute is great! Going to miss Jacey and Ashley!!! Im going to miss all the staff.
Amanda Martin: I’m totally bummed now that his practice is closing. He truly was the best and genuinely cared for his patients. I’ve used him for years, now I’m lost and I’m skeptical of seeing anyone else.
Travis George: ***Take Note- They do not accept walk-ins*** This practice used to be called Exceed Urgent Care. Apparently they change their name to Exceed Health Clinic and now they are a totally different practice. They used to be a convenient place to get in and out. Im sure their care is exceptional (but not convenient, to be seen as a walk-in).
Caroline Wisdom: Everyone was very nice but need to work on scheduling patients. Waiting room was completely full and patients were getting very irritable about the long wait. Dr. Wiggins did a great job along with his staff. Very pleased.
Linda Jacobs: The lady at the receptionist desk was very nice. Ive been to Healthcare Express many times, but this visit I was told that my insurance was out of network and it would be a cash visit. After I had to go to the local ER and wait for 5 hours to be seen I found out I have the flu. I have the same insurance Ive had for years, so not sure whats going on with that. Otherwise, Ive always had a good experience with Healthcare Express
