Andrew Mark I brought my car here after having some power train and transmission issues. While they dont do a whole lot of transmission work here they were able to help me out a bit to try and fix it, and although my car persisted with the same symptoms after pick up I was pointed in the right direction on what to do next. These guys have great communication, professionalism and customer service here. Highly recommended compared to the other shops Ive been to in Lewisville.

Darryn Cheek After an unforseen issue arose with a newly purchased Jeep 310 Automotive which was recommended to me by someone I trust agreed to take a look at the vehicle free of charge. The professional and concern displayed by Damon and Isaac was second to known. They reviewed my Jeep over a two day period and answered any questions and concerns I had regarding the issue. I highly recommend this place of business.

Ricky M Damon & Issac are hands down the best people around to have your vehicle serviced and worked on. I’ve been coming to them for YEARS!!! And yes I have been to other shops due to emergencies and out of town work but nothing feels better than having true and honest work done by these guys!! And not only true and honest but they don’t hit you over the head with over charging in labor either! I had my rear differential and front main seal done and they took the time to shop around as far as what it would take to do rebuilt VS new and helped me choose which was, not only cheaper but better in the long run. And my rear end was “beefed” up for the amount of work my truck goes through so definitely kudos to that! I will always continue to come back when my vehicle needs work done, very highly recommended!!

Maria Startsev These guys fixed my car when everyone else just talked… I had a problem with my Tahoe. It was making super annoying grinding sound coming from the wheels or under the car. I called three dealers and one auto repair shop. I explained my issue. Every single one wanted my car for “ few days” to do diagnostics, evaluation etc.. I have had bad experience with dealers so I was hesitant. I researched online and it seemed to be an issue hard to diagnose.. I was desperate and sound was driving me crazy. This car shop straight up suggested to look under the car to see if there is an issue with wheels or something else. They drove it/ debated for a bit and were able to find the cause!!! They didn’t need expensive diagnostics and didn’t offer me to replace half of transmission system.. they fixed the issue. I’m very thankful.

Johnny Mack Had a sticker glue residue on the interior of my windshield and tried to remove it myself. In the process of removing the residue it spread across the entire windshield leaving it almost unseeable out of. I found reserve online and was able to book an appointment for a car detailing that very next day. Not only did they remove the entire residue from the windshield, but they detailed the interior exterior of my car very well. Couldn’t be happier with their service!

Ken G Been having trouble with my transmission and read where changing fluid to a synthetic might help. Reserve Customs ordered a special fluid specified by GM and had me in and out in a very reasonable time. Great staff and made me feel welcome. Will definitely return for additional work.

Morgan Simms I had a terrible experience with Roberts Automotive. I paid over $4,000 for an engine replacement that was never completed. After picking up the car, the same problems persisted — and now the transmission is out as well. I brought the vehicle back multiple times trying to get them to make it right. On the third visit, when I calmly asked for the repair to be done properly, they threatened to call the police on me — as if I was in the wrong for asking for what I paid for. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I feel scammed, and now I’m left with a car in worse condition and thousands of dollars gone. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle or your money.

They went over my whole car, changed the oil and a couple of other needed maintenance items that needed attention, and then gave me a plan of action to keep my car in tip top shape. Sarah Zeenberg If I could give them a million stars I would. They are HONEST, and we all know how rare that is these days. I’ve never had them try to upsell me unnecessary services. I brought my car in and within 30 minutes they had diagnosed the issue, and suggested I take it into a dealership to get it repaired for free. On a separate occasion, I’ve had them double check a $1200 service that a dealership recommended, and Kwik Kar confirmed it wasn’t leaking like I was told. Yes, they are busy, but this is why. I’ve never had them take more than 4 hours for an oil change (drop off), which is more than I can say for any dealership in the area. Love the Kwik Kar team. Thanks gentlemen.

Luke Larochelle These guys are great. I just needed an inspection and they got me turned around in 20 minutes even though they looked plenty busy. Had a complimentary snack and a coffee while I waited, and got to listen to Welcome to the Machine by Pink Floyd on their old school radio. Even got a hand written letter in the mail thanking me. I do almost all my own work on my cars but I’ll definitely be thinking of, or recommending Lorentz if I need anything.

Ray Ray Lorentz auto sure did take care of me this past week!! Got my car in and it was a quick turn around for my little Kia soul! Shane listened to my woman mumble about my car and Frank got it done! Also the guy let me have the rest of the cookies on a Friday that was the cherry on top! If you want a super thorough inspection of your vehicle they will get it done! I’m very happy and thankful to have my car back! Also they ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE and they have a text service as well. Isaac William Lorentz automotive did an excellent job doing a pre-purchase inspection for me. They were very accommodating and fitted me in at the last minute and did a quick inspection. Vince took it on himself to do the inspection on an urgent basis. Because of his review, I returned the car and purchased a different car- a new car. This was a 3-day/150 mile return policy, so it was very, very time-sensitive. Thanks to Lorentz, I avoided a big mistake. I also enjoy Franks wry sense of humor. (I used to have my old BMW serviced by them till it became not really worth the cost of repair vs. the value of the car.)

Tom Ye 400% Markup price for an oil pressure sensor?! Plus a $109 labor charge on top of that?! If AutoZone can price it at $46.99, there is no freaking way they got the part for $191.92 from their supplier warehouse. I am not sure who is getting scammed here. I also tried to get a quote from other auto shops around the area. All of them are priced between $140 - 150 for the total cost. Called the owner about that issue, and scheduled a meetup in the shop the next day. He didnt even bother to show up or call me back. What a waste of time. I will never go back there again.
