I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Reserve Auto Group. I purchased an Audi Q5 along with a $2,000 extended warranty, which was supposed to offer peace of mind. However, I later discovered that the dealership never paid the warranty company, despite receiving the funds from the finance company. As a result, the warranty I thought I had was never activated and is now null and void.
To make matters worse, I’ve tried multiple times to reach out for a resolution, but the dealership is now out of business. The owner still operates the service side of the business, yet I’ve received no response or accountability despite repeated attempts to contact them.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable—taking money for a product and not delivering it is not just unethical, it’s fraudulent. I strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before doing any business here or with anyone affiliated with this operation.
